The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 90.9% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 9.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Beware of this company. Will never do business with them again. The company will agree to one thing and days before the move contact you to demand something different. Poor customer service, rude. For details, read on: Contacted Hire A Helper to have some furniture moved around within my home. HAH connected me with Top notch movers. Got a call from Lee at Top notch asking if I would deal with him directly instead of through Hire A Helper so he would make more money off the deal.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
