This is the worst company ever, first off one of the men arrived smelling like liquor, I did a walk through and showed exactly what I wanted to be moved. They bought the wrong dresser to my new house. I proceeded to call the office, I get the owner on the phone and he proceeds to tell me it’s my fault that the wrong dresser was bought to my new place. He blamed me for their mistake. He was very rude, threatened me and said that if I didn’t pay the men they can handle it how they to.

Update—still no resolution. Company is refusing to release my property that according to the owner, Joe Nelson, was never put in storage, although monthly storage of $1,000 was consistently paid. Now the owner is making threats. I can post the text messages if anyone is interested. Joe and Top Notch have fully breached their contract with me and have now taken my property hostage. Never have I dealt with such disreputable people. They get the “SHAME ON YOU AWARD” for 2025!

Update, Let me start by saying - my family has used these guys MANY MANY times prior to this move last Tuesday (06/22/2021).... Let's start with the nice young lady on the phone - who quoted $495 for the first 3 hours, then $125/hr thereafter. They get to my house - 3 of the 4 at 9am, and the rate on the sheet went from $125/hr to $175/hr. Then 10:40am, the 4th kid shows. This was a multi location move WHICH they knew when I contracted them.

I hired them and paid them $300 to move a few furniture from garage to inside house that lasted only 15 mins. They damaged my executive office desk by scratching it against the front door latch. Upon calling, they blamed the wrapping for the scratches, not the carelessness of the crew to bring the desk in !!! Feels like a waste of $300 for 15mins work they did. After all, they were in no rush to bring something in because they were hired for 2 hours.
We simply sent Three Man out to move a couple items into Mr. Headman house. Upon speaking to Mr. Headman, he said the guys damaged his desk, so being the CEO I spoke with the guys, which they told me for one we didn't touch any door coming in the house.
We were really impressed with the original quote and walk through, but the movers themselves were slow and messy. They took an additional three hours above what we were quoted, left grease stains on our new stairs (nothing we own has grease …

Move for the most part was professional and efficient. 70inch Tv found to be broken upon start up and no accountability for solution other than it’s electronic parts and not covered by insurance. Disappointing blemish to otherwise good move.

Top Notch Moving is top notch! They just finished a job at our home where we needed heavy/bulky pieces of furniture moved from our top floor into our garage. I received a confirmation call this morning and the three gentlemen arrived right on time. They were pleasant and polite and after a quick review of the job and paperwork, they got right to work. They were so careful with all of our furniture and our hardwood floors and were very knowledgeable, inspecting each piece prior to moving it.
