It's a shame that I hired this moving company to only move our heavy items as I am pregnant and can't life lift heavy things. They scratched up our brand new house that was built just a few months ago. The scratches are so deep it's not going to just take touch up paint to correct it. They left my couch torn down and left their covers on several furniture. $685 for the whole move was not worth half ass shit. If I wanted half ass move I'd have hired a few of my lazy friends to half move our stuff in.
In summary, don't book here. Find somewhere else for movers! Management is a disappointment. This Company is a disappointment. The moving crew were courteous, I will give them that. They did not fulfill my move due to their scheduling issues. They have moved not even 1/3 of my apartment. They had to leave, stated they would have to come back. I wasn't happy then, but understood because I thought they'd come back. They ended up not coming back.

Simply cannot say enough about how incredible Tough Guy Movers was. We have moved many times and they were the best we have ever had. Buck and Marquis kept us updated on arrival and were very professional. Every step of the move they made sure that we were informed. They showed up on time were quick and friendly. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone we know. Also, Tough Guy beat every other quote we recieved by far. Thank you for making a stressful day pleasant!!
Thank you to the whole team! The schedulers who stuck with me and helped make the process of selecting a window of time. Taylor, Cameron and Paige ❤️, seriously appreciate the support and ease of the process. I called 3 other companies before calling Tough Guys and none of them could give me any basic pricing without first taking me through a long list of questions. Tough Guys Moving were upfront and easy to work with! My movers arrived on time and kept communication open. They were awesome gentlemen.
5 stars isn’t enough to describe the customer service. From start to finish Tough Guys was so communicative. The booking process was easy and I was able to simply text and ask questions. Austin & Manny seriously have all my appreciation. They were so nice & did an amazing job packing and moving our home. As we were finishing, the storage unit closed on us & they locked our stuff in the truck over night and came back at 6am and finished the job. I literally CANNOT say thank you enough.
Taylor and his team were wonderful to work with. We had issues on our end and had to reschedule our moving date a couple times, but Taylor was so understanding and flexible. It was such a relief to us! On the day of our move, the team arrived ready to work. They were kind, quick and efficient! They were so good with our toddler who wanted to be apart of everything (which is always a bonus point!) Definitely recommend Tough Guys Moving and will use them again in the future!
