I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible movers. What they say on their website is false. These guys are unqualified and didn’t wrap any of my furniture. Also there are damages they don’t care to fix as well as items missing. Micah was of no help and highly disrespectful. I’m warning everybody to use a different company if you care about your items.

To start I noticed that my crew of movers seemed sort of lost. They were super nice but after rearranging the truck multiple times which took up a lot of time they still ran out of room. Now let’s go to the damages. They completely demolished a shelf from IKEA and poked a hole in the overhang of my rental. (Pics included) No big deal the shelf was $25 but still not the point! My brand new dryer was dented, and a $300 animal cage had the leg bent beyond repair.
Misleading information given by Chris Rullo- President of Budget Movers. Miscommunication and when confronted about it he was extremely rude and basically said do you want the movers there at your house or not! Knowing I had a deadline to move out that day what else was I suppose to do. He knew I had a deadline and took advantage of that situation so I had no other choice but to keep the movers. The moving guys were great. But, working with Chris Rullo was an ugly experience.

I would not recommend Budget Movers. They damaged property during move-in and when confronted with a problem they shifted blame and wasted our time. The back office was also extremely unprofessional and insulted. Buyer beware!
The damage item was defective and improperly installed to begin with it was no one fault. We offered a token settlement which he refused.
Worst movers. Had my wife hire them. Unprofessional, untrained, unequipped for the job. Seen several damages done to the furniture.

This is my third time using Budget Movers and they will continue to be the only movers I used. I’ve used them once locally for me, once locally for my Mom, and this time to pack a POD so I can move from TX to FL. Larry and Isaiah were great today! Larry was an absolute master at packing my large shipping container that I was terrified would not fit all my belongings. His attention to detail was unmatched and he was very skilled in showing Isaiah the ropes as it was only his third day on the job!

The staff was kind and they did their job which I’m appreciative of. My only complaint was the vague times they would give me and then proceed to show up 30min to an hour late on the latest time given. I was told there would be multiple packers packing our home and only one person packed my entire house. He did a fabulous job I just felt bad for him. With a toddler it was tricky being home for hours without your things while they packed/ loaded.

These guys are the best movers in SATX at this moment I have never felt like my stuff was so safe. Weirdly enough the driver LARRY just like my name was very concerned about my things and I could hear him telling his guys to treat my stuff as if it was their own. They surely did and my move went fantastic!!!!!! Definitely using them again and will definitely let my family and friends know as well
