STOLEN ITEMS!!! Booked through them, June 20th, sam assured me delivery would be June 30th, Ontario to Alberta, now nothing no updates they messaged me saying it was delayed and that was it , been over a month now almost going on 2 since my items were picked up from Ontario , roughly 10k worth of items missing with no delivery date in sight I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE AS EVEN IF THEY SUB OUT DELIVERIES NOONE IS HONORING THIS OR GETTING BACK TO ME
BEWARE FRAUD!!! They agreed to move some furniture from Halifax to Calgary. The couch was picked up and Samuel estimated that it would arrive in Calgary either June 30 or July 11. After July 6th there has been no response whatsoever. I managed to contact the person who picked up the furniture and they turned out to be unaffiliated with this company and had just been hired to collect and store the couch until Samuel could pick it up. They have also been ghosted by Samuel and have not been paid for their labour.
WARNING: Do not use this company. We booked our move two weeks in advance. On the day of the move, more than two hours after the scheduled time, they messaged us claiming there had been a mix-up and that they would not be able to complete the job. As a result, I had to arrange emergency movers at a significantly higher cost. They have also been delaying the refund of my deposit. I have filed a police report, notified Consumer Protection Ontario, and my bank is working to recover my money.

Excellent communication, on time, quick, very helpful when some minor issues came up. They even took our front door off to get a couch out and then put it back on! The really went over and above with customer service. The movers were very careful, courteous, friendly, and had great communication as we had multiple stops in our move that we had to coordinate. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Transit Tale Relocaters. Even though I contacted them on the same day, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me into their schedule without any hassle. The team arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and moved all my belongings quickly and efficiently. They were organized, careful with my items, and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy.
We were extremely pleased with this company! We especially liked the great service and care provided by Israel and David. They were respectful, professional and took good care of our mother’s belongings while moving and wrapping furniture. They had to deal with an elevator that was being utilized by the residents of the retirement home which caused them to have to wait. They were very patient even though they were on a tight schedule. They helped setup the bed and the TV which was greatly appreciated.
The two boys that came to pack, FRANK and DAVID were really great. though at some moments I feared that something will break during their move, David was very assuring. As for the mattress, Frsnk suggested what to do, and I was stubborn and he turned out right. I would definitely suggest to follow their experience and trust their recommendations. They oacked 2 days prior to move. And unpacked, everything and placed in right places, at the new place. They both make a great team. Bravo boys!!
