They broke several of my pieces of furniture and claim to have insurance, but there's no way to get full compensation. They only compensated me for one piece of furniture, and one of the guys was seriously drunk the next day.
Absolutely no professional moving company! They broke a piece of furniture and told me to fix it myself and give them the bill... not even a refund on the $563 I paid! A shelf was holding the furniture together, so now I have a wrecked piece of furniture... Then they couldn't even get a sofa out; we had to go with other people to move it ourselves... truly discouraging! I do not recommend them!
What an unpleasant customer! We offered to refund him for the furniture, and he prefers to file a complaint like a child. It's so pleasant to serve this kind of person, ugh! And on top of that, you're tarnishing our reputation with your comment, thanks a lot!
In addition to breaking a piece of furniture, they charged me $563 for four pieces. They couldn't even finish the job; I had to move the rest myself. It's a rip-off, a waste of time, and on top of that, the company members give themselves 5-star reviews on Google to boost their ratings—pathetic. I would recommend everyone except them.
Trying to tarnish a company's name seems so easy these days. I offered to let you pay for your furniture like a child, and you blocked me, wow!
1000 for throwing the stock around in the warehouse is unacceptable. He even dares to say, "Sorry if it's not done to your liking." Seems to me that a job like that isn't to anyone's liking.
