They arrived late and broke the lamps upon delivery. My mattresses weren't wrapped, even though I specifically requested they be wrapped in advance. I'm not satisfied with the outcome of my poorly organized move.
It appears this is yet another fake review posted by an account we have never dealt with. We take all feedback from our genuine customers seriously, but unfortunately, we cannot respond to fraudulent reviews. This review has been reported to Google.
They arrived here with no ramp on the truck and no experience as movers. They showed up with a Gatineau moving truck, a company with a very bad reputation. Avoid them if you don't want damaged furniture!! No, it's fine with you; your address is the same as Gatineau Moving.

After contacting three companies, I chose Intégral Transport. First, they were straightforward, with no hidden fees. They set up (disassembled and reassembled my bed) with an electric lift without charging me extra, unlike another company. Furthermore, I have a very valuable table that's extremely difficult to disassemble and reassemble (it's an extension), as it's very heavy and fragile. They did a superb job. It arrived intact and was reassembled perfectly.
