We moved on June 30, 2018, and were extremely disappointed with the quality of service. First, the movers didn't respect the two-hour arrival window. They were supposed to arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, but they arrived at 3:00 PM. After numerous e-mails and calls to try and get an accurate quote, based on pictures of our furniture that we sent, they increased their price by $15/hr due to apparent weight of items. We prepared everything so they had no disassembly/assembly work to do, just wrap, load and unload. While they had one experienced man on the job, the other 2 were not. Cigarette breaks started after just one hour of work and the complaining about the work was non-stop.
The day before, we transported your grand piano and a huge cactus that was mounted on a super heavy wooden crate. We delivered all these items to a very complicated location, and you were very happy. The next day, we sent the moving team for the usual household items.
They dumped my wardrobe in my garage, claiming it wouldn't fit through the door. That same evening, I brought it in through the door, despite having no moving experience or equipment. Before claiming miracles, they should learn the basics of moving, like how to use a measuring tape. A little bit of goodwill would have helped too.

When a client calls us, we ask for all the necessary information to provide an accurate price. However, when we arrive on site and nothing is as described, it's normal for the price to change, because the price shouldn't be honored simply by providing inaccurate information.

After a very bad experience with another company (which I will not name here, for legal reasons) I finally went with Transport JCN. Best choice ever! Those people were curteous, beyond professional and always ready to help. I cannot recommend them enough - simply put, if you guys want an excellent job done at a very reasonable price, go with Transport JCN, you won't regret it!
