English Version: At 9:50 a.m. on November 30, 2024, in front of the building on Jean-Talon East, movers from JDMV tried to take my dolly. I had to check their truck myself to retrieve it before they left. This behavior is unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of trustworthiness. Be cautious if you plan to hire this company. I don't think the guys meant to take the cart; our client brought it back by mistake during the move. The truck is already equipped with its own cart; it's probably a mistake. Sorry.

Punctual and very personable, they packed everything meticulously with good moving blankets. Everything was neatly arranged in the truck. There was absolutely no damage, even though we had several fragile items and mirrors. Thank you again for your excellent, efficient work and your positive attitude. As someone who doesn't enjoy moving, you managed to make it a very pleasant experience.
