In their own words
The treasure valley moving company is the worst moving company, they threw all my stuff away and left value stuff outside on our front lawn while it started to pour last night. They are extremely unprofessional, when trying to get ahold of them to talk to them ab the problems they caused they kept ignoring all the calls.
I had a move reservation for 30 days, and this company was 4.5 hours late. Called 3 times to inform me of their arrival time. One of the reasons was they forgot their truck keys and had to drive back across town to collect them then return to the truck. During this time, we moved everything we could into the garage to help expedite. 8 pieces of furniture were left inside the house. I had initially hired a crew of 2. 1 guy showed up in a UHaul first for about an hour. Then the real truck showed up with 2 more guys.
These movers were hired by UltaCleanPro, to pack up the contents of our lower level, of our split level home. Two people, arrived on time to help us pack our contents and to move them into containers that my husband and I had already rented and had in our driveway. We had water damage for a second time in less than. 18 months, then they found asbestos in our old tile flooring. The lower level needed to be empty for abatement as well as for drilling that had to take place in one room.
Respectfully, This job took place almost 5 months ago now. If this customer was unhappy with the services Treasure Valley Movers provided, it could have been brought to our attention at that time when we would have been able to make it right.
This company failed to meet our business expectations on many scales including not following through on the word of crew-lead to manager to assure we will not be charged for service-not-rendered due to safety issue with the apartment complex. When the crew-lead informed myself and roommate that the company would start anew with that morning being a wash/ re-write up on paperwork the next day, the manager reversed course and charged us the full two hours plus travel fee.
Thank you for the feedback and apologize you felt unfairly treated. I am the owner and person you are referencing as the manager. Your move was scheduled on short notice and the day before which we were able to accommodate.
Terrible movers, Workers were very sluggish to move some small furniture. Troy quoted my family a 2 hour minimum over the phone which would have "roughly costs $250" to move from Nampa to Meridian. They ended up putting scrapes on our couch and then when all was said and done. We were being charged nearly $600. AVOID THEM.

We had a great experience with Treasure Valley Movers! Our house was not all that easy to move. The movers were even down one member on the day of the move, but Quad and his crew were able to move us efficiently, ensuring both houses and all of the transported items were protected and free of any damage. They got the job done with no problem. The entire crew was professional, easy to work with, and very respectful.
Yesterday my daughter moved out from our house to her own apartment - yeah! Troy's crew (we jokingly called them Thing 1 and Thing 2) were prompt and very polite. The treated her stuff like it was their own. The were swift in gathering the items, very careful in loading and tying things down in the truck. When the arrived at the apartment, they were equally diligent placing the items too. They asked along the way for confirmation on the placements and gave us a chance to modify as needed.
These guys are awesome! Within 24hours they moved and got rid of our CalKing bed from upstairs. So grateful they could move it out for us and at a REALLY good price! A big thank you to their team! Highly recommend!
Treasure Valley Movers assisted my wife and I with a local move within Eagle. Caroline was fantastic to deal with coordinating the move and obtaining a quote. She was thorough with me to ensure the quote would be accurate. Sure enough, the actual price came in at the lower end of her estimate. We had about 2 or 3 different delays with our move due to unforeseen funding issues and hang ups with the title company, and TVM worked with us and kept moving the date with no penalties.
