Terrible communication, they picked up the furniture on Feb 3, and it still hasn't arrived. They keep saying 3-4 days. the person on the phone told me that without getting the info on my account. Very rude and unprofessional. Tole me that I was rude. DO NOT USE THEM

We recently used Tri-State Moving LLC to move the contents of my sister's apartment, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Chris, Justin, and Dennis were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, conscientious, courteous, and extremely careful with every item they handled. Their attention to detail and commitment to protecting her belongings gave us complete peace of mind throughout the move.
Chris, Chris and Cisco were great! They were on time and moved us with so much care and efficiency carefully maneuvering around the home to protect the furniture and the house. They were responsible, pleasant and professional. They went above and beyond and even re-wropped some items that I did not wrap properly. Highly recommend.
Chris,Dre, and Justin were amazing. Packed me up organized and neat. They were respectful and professional. They took apart my king size bed frame and put it back together for me which was amazing. Was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving and needs help. Ty again Chris,Dre, Justin, and even Danielle who was the one who took my reservation and set me up was amazing aswell. 5 Stars
Tri state has moved me twice now. Each time they were absolutely amazing and polite. They are so careful with every item they move and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Chris, Chris, and Justin are an amazing team, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a seamless move! Thank you guys again, you're the best!
