Unfortunately, I had to move frequently past a couple of years, but this moving service made the experiences fortunate. My review is long overdue but, now that I am settled in, I had to come back and share my experience with Trident as I was super pleased with my experience, from beginning to end. I used Trident to pack my entire 2 bedroom apartment. They packed every utensil, piece of artwork up to and including the packaging of my 80 inch TV so that it could be moved safely.
Our family is retired military and worked with many movers. Big names...always a nightmare. We always expect to be nickle and dimed to death and deal with the wreckage of what survived the move. Our experience with this company surpassed our expectations with leaps and bounds. We called got a quote. I called again and asked price to add literally double the amount of stuff. Quote didn't change.
