Ooff, where to begin. We used Truepro/Darryl to move our previous home items to storage and then from storage to our new home 2 months later. Our washing machine door was closed while in storage therefore causing it to mold to the point of purchasing a new one. Then, at time of move in to our new home, they were 4 hours late. When they did arrive one guy (the other 2 guys were great) was so slow I thought he was injured. Turns out he wasn't, he was just comically slow.
While I appreciate the time and effort the team took to eventually complete my move, the overall process was unfortunately filled with major, unacceptable issues. …

I was needing a pool table moved and learned about the need to take the pool table apart and move in pieces so nothing gets damaged. Then it had to be reassembled, including reattaching the felt. I didn't have any experience with that and called TruePro Moving to see if they could do it. I learned they have trained movers that have taken classes on how to properly move delicate items like pool tables and pianos.
TruePro Movers live up to their name - they are true professionals! Darryl's communication is unparalleld! They were able to get us scheduled quickly and efficiently and performed where a big box store's delivery service wouldn't. Their …
I had issue that was worked out. FIVE STARS +++ Darryl is amazing. I called him and he was able to deliver my table on short notice. He was honest and let me know he had jobs lined up and if I could take the table that morning. We worked it out. He even stopped and got hardware for the table. The gentlemen that showed up were super professional and so nice. I highly recommend them!
Darryl and his team are true professionals! I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs. They moved me to a new house and took great care of all of my furniture. Then they picked up furniture from a store and delivered to my new house. They show up on time, work efficiently and are very nice. I couldn't be happier with True Pro Moving Company. Thank you guys!
