In their own words
Poor communication, unprofessional and highly irresponsible. We were moving in from out of town and needed help unloading the U-haul into storage unit. I spoke with Devin over the phone and had verbal confirmation for two movers. The day before the job, I contacted him again (multiple phone calls and texts) to double confirm and cricket! I even asked him to kindly let me know if they’re no longer available so I could plan accordingly but no response at all.
Guys never showed up after booking. I had to call and message several times ( more than 5-6 times). Finally reached a person at that number that I had not spoken to ever that said he was out of town and couldn’t help.
I made an appt with them to have them move some furniture on Jan 4, 2023 to be moved on Jan 15, 2023, paid them on Jan 5, 2023 and then ended up not getting the furniture and canceled the appt on Jan 6, 2023 and was told they would return my money. I did not receive my money back, I left a message 2 weeks later and never heard from them, contacted them in March for my money back and they flat out ignored my request and did not even respond. It is now May 2023 and still no response.
Booked them for a job. Had to reach out multiple times and kept being told they’d be there later. No communication, no updates without multiple texts from me. I got lucky and found another company that could come out at 5pm on a Saturday so I didn’t have to keep hoping this team would show up.

In their own words
I recently used Two Firefighters Moving in the Canyon/Amarillo, TX area, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, and hardworking from start to finish. They took great care of all of my belongings, handling everything with attention and respect as if it were their own. What impressed me most was their fair and honest pricing. There were no surprises, and the value for the service provided was outstanding.
We had SO much to move... the guys got delayed in making it to our house on time due to a broken axle on a truck and another job running a lot longer than anticipated, but Devin was in communication with me the whole time and they more than made up for the loss of time once they made it to my house. The guys were all hard-working, super polite and professional and weren't even phased by the many trips up and down stairs our move required!
Devin and his crew are the absolute best! They have moved me 8 times since 2017! Upstairs, downstairs, apartment, house, storage! They have never broken anything! They even put my bed frame together for me today! He and his crew have always been exceptionally kind and respectful. You want to talk about time management skills? Shoot! They move fast! My two bedroom house was loaded and unloaded in an hour! They don’t stand around shooting the breeze, they are super efficient!
When we moved to town I asked about finding some help to unload us into a temporary house & storage, and most everyone I spoke with recommended the Two Firefighters. We were so happy with the service that we looked forward to seeing them again when we bought a house & re-combined everything. Words cannot describe the service they give, helping move & getting everything where we wanted. It made for a long day, but these guys would not quit until everything was in place at 10:00 pm!
Thank you Again Steven for your Hospitality give us a call if you need anything else!
