They moved me out of state and charged me far more than the original quote. The owner came to my home and provided the quote himself. On the day of the move I had to pay significantly more ($1500) than the quote or my things would have been left behind. Additionally, they did more than $6000 in damages to my contents and are only offering to pay $500 in damages. I have been trying to resolve the issue for months and they are not responsive, the owner has not returned my calls.
I had a horrible experience with the owner of this company. He was rude and unprofessional. The day before the move he demanded that I pay for the entire move upfront. I said I would pay half upfront and the rest at the end of their delivery. This did not make him happy. He literally told me he wouldn't move me and HUNG UP on me. I had to scramble to get a U Haul. It sucked.
Ms. Fritz We were back-and-forth with you on the phone. Trying to book your move. Ms. Fritz kept changing the dates and asking for discounts which we did give her. We told her that we won’t book your move until we got half of your deposit.
I do NOT recommend using this company, use Chapas. Inexperienced movers & according to the office "service" & "travel" fees mean the same so expect additional fees. The Supervisor said he would return the tip I gave, however I declined that. I'm still waiting for the recording for my phone call asking about trip charges....
We pride ourselves in the people we hire, we were training that day but we did send you an extra person. You did give them a tip which was gratefully appreciated.
***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!**** The worker/movers are very professional and efficient. The owner/manager/company on the other hand are very deceptive. They come in and provide you an estimate. Once the work is done, they will gouge your eyes out!!
Owner is rude and unprofessional. Workers move at a snail's pace as they collect an hourly rate. Extremely disappointed in the service I received and paid a lot of money for.LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR MOVE. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
$100 an hour starting from the time they get in the truck! NO ONE has EVER paid me to drive to work. Forget it boys. No way.

We moved from one 55+ community to another today. I have to say this was the greatest experience. They were prompt, professional and worked quickly. They were careful with our belongings and worked efficiently. Half way through the move two more men showed up to help which even helped us move more quickly. They charged a flat rate with no surprises and the office staff and movers were very courteous and respectful. We would highly recommend them.

I needed a short notice loading of a 2000 sq ft house. All I had was a 6’ X 12’ uhaul trailer I was towing that I needed to load as much of my house as I could to move. Well I’ll tell you Steven got the entire house in this little trailer! I’m talking a 55” TV, small entertainment center, a king size mattress and bed frame, queen size mattress and bed frame, dining room table, 6 chairs, small L shaped couch, crib, various other stuff, and about 20ish boxes into this tiny little uhaul!!!
The men did a store pickup for me before loading my furniture to move. Which I really appreciated. They were prompt & very courteous. Friendly but never stopped working. Ask me once what I wanted loaded & only ask me to go through at end to make sure they got it all. Were very careful with my glass fronted curios & everything was wrapped in plastic for protection. They were recommended by a friend & I would definitely use them again. Just hope I don't move again...lol
