These movers were completely unprofessional. We were not aware that they could not put something in their truck that wasn’t in a box so I witnessed them throw garbage bags full of what they thought were clothes out of our storage unit. Those bags actually had some larger fragile items protected by blankets which are now broken. The movers took far too long to move everything which increases the price, I was understanding of that though.
Kyle, We apologize for the inconvenience and for any issues you experienced. It is always highly recommended that proper packing materials are used to insure safe movement from Point A to Point B and that includes boxes to protect your items. We are happy to assist with the claims process.
Zero STARS $2,000 gaming system equipment “misplaced”. Two men moved us out and “stored” our belongings until we closed on our new home. They misled us and said they would Inventory our boxes. When asked, they never did an inventory at all. The day we were to move in they were 8 hours late claiming there was a broken down truck and they had to reload our stuff into another truck. The next day we noticed our CHIlDREN’S gaming systems didn’t make it back from storage.

We moved and we were told that our TV's would be boxed and wrapped up when we had the initial conversation with the salesperson and then on moving day me and my wife had to split up so one person would be at the new house long story short when they arrived at the new house I asked my wife were the TV's wrapped and she said no they were just open and exposed. Last week we mounted out TV and turned it on and thr screen was cracked clearly from someone pressing on the screen.

I used the service 18 months ago for my previous moving with no issues, but oh boy this last one will be my last for sure. First the office/telephone agents are great, very polite and helpful, now to the moving part. First thing is all my 3 movers looked very young 21- (guessing), that should not be a problem as people this age can be responsible adults, however this was not the case. 1. they broke 2 of my chairs and believe it or not that's what I dislike the less. 2.

My daughter used this company for a local move and their performance was substandard. We have moved many times throughout the years and the practices of this company compared to others is a lot to be desired. None of the furniture was blanket wrapped prior to packing and damage had occurred on several pieces including a torn mattress. There were also many marks made on the walls of her Brand New home. The “foreman” in charge of the move brushed it off and did not want to deal with it.

I called to book two men and a truck and Joseph did the quote over the phone, they never came out to do a walk through. On moving day they could not fit everything on the truck and said i should have only filled 1/2 a truck. Really??? I explained that the day before i got a 15' uhaul and filled it with boxes and miscellaneous items that was supposed to be on the truck. They wanted to send another truck the next day and charge me another travel charge. I can't drive and kept telling Richard that, he didn't get it.

47 E-mail exchanges, 15+ phone calls, 10 months, 3 contractors, and $750 out of pocket (after the 4 figure move itself), my house is finally nearly in the state it was before Two Men attempted to perform my move. If you value your belongings, and care about customer service - Two Men should not be your top pick. During this process I had to: - Submit damage claim forms twice (they mishandled and lost my first one) - Track down the Franchisee, as the customer service went weeks at a time without acknowledging me.
Once again, Mr. Franchino, we apologize that your move did not complete without incident. We accept full responsibility for the minor damage that occurred to the wall along your staircase during your move. We have met and exceeded our contractual liability.
The movers were polite, nice people. They were concerned about damage to my walls(not floors) while moving a very heavy armoire that required 4 people to move. After they left, I found large gouges in several floor boards at both the top and bottom of the stairs. This was an in-house move and the cost of the damage is probably the same as the price I paid to have the furniture moved. This is the 5th time I've used a moving company and the only time I've had damage to my home.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job with my move. Even before the move, Two Men and a Truck helped with scheduling and didn’t have any hidden fees like some other places.The team that showed up was funny and professional. Highly recommend Marcus and Ethan! They were on time and communicated throughout the process. I moved on one of the hottest days in July (out of my control) and they did not complain once. They handled my stuff well and wrapped up tables and chairs. They were efficient and helpful.

Two men and a truck sent three great young men to move me from Brier Creek NC to Cary, a distance of about 10 miles. They arrived on time, wore masks as I had requested, immediately washed their hands and proceeded to pack my furniture very carefully. They wrapped all the pieces they deemed fragile, antique or just beautiful- more than I would have asked them to do! They worked efficiently and within two hours started unloading everything in Cary.
Mary, COVID-19 has certainly changed the way the we move people but listening to our customer's needs has not changed. We are elated to know that our moving team was so accommodating, diligent, and professional during your Brier Creek to Cary move.
I was impressed by the entire experience. My call was answered promptly. The fellow I dealt with was pleasant. He asked all the questions he needed to determine the scope of work and quoted a price. He was able to fit me into a busy schedule to meet my requirement but I really should have called sooner. It worked out well. The moving team showed up with three men…if I had something witty to say about three men or two men, I would interject that here but but by wits have escaped me.
