Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this Two Men and a Truck. Not only did the move cost far more than estimated, it was poorly managed and several of the men had little to no training. Two men showed up smelling strongly like marijuana and were clearly high. Alcohol was missing from my beverage cooler later in the day. The upfront packing was done extremely poor which further contributed to the horrible move day.

We had 2 big trucks and 5 movers show up to move our house about 60 miles. All of the crew were polite and efficient and got right to work. They were remarkably fast and reasonably careful, I was excited and felt good about my choice to pay almost 3k for the move. Unfortunately that changed when we got to the new house. Things started smoothly at first as they got started unloading.

*** They will steal your items*** I am utterly dismayed and frankly, quite frankly, incensed by the egregious mishandling of my belongings by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK (0290, 1257-G Kennestone Circle, Marietta, GA 30066). I contracted your services on September 28, 2024, for both moving and storage, with my items stored at 100 Arnold Mill Road #B, Woodstock, GA 30188, at a cost of $200 per month. Upon scheduling the delivery to my new address for December 12, 2024. A significant portion of my possessions is now missing.

One of the movers put a triple dresser on it's end onto a hand-truck and moved onto the van. This action broke the dresser in the middle. They said nothing. They installed the dresser at the new location and went away. When I tried to file a claim they denied it saying all damage must be reported before the movers leave. Tell me, who in the world can check every single thing that they move before they leave?!?! OUTRAGEOUS! NEVER USE THESE RIP OFF MOVERS! ! !

Extremely unprofessional from local franchises to corporate. Tricked me ( Bill Richards) into packing( fragile & paintings) so their insurance would cover…interstate move from Marietta, GA to Lexington, KY. The head of the crew, Antonio, pressured tips upon arrival & request lunch to be provided. Went as far to follow to an ATM for tip before departure.

Do not use Two Men and a Truck. They mislead contracts and fail to safely transport items. They will take advantage of you for profit and have terrible customer service standards. The movers arrived on time and were nice enough. However, they are obviously TRAINED to forego contractual transparency with customers. You are given 3 options for damage claims when it comes to broken items.

We were scheduled to move this weekend as we finish the final stages of getting into our new home before our 3rd baby gets here. My wife called and scheduled movers with Alex and confirmed that they had a truck for us on Friday 10/02. They then explained that they would be sending out Bill to walk out home to give us a more exact quote as we prepared to have movers come. Overall, this was the WORST moving experience we have ever had. We had what they considered a small move (2 bdrm apt) only moving 12 miles down the road. The quote was anywhere between $300 - $500 plus a $90 travel charge. We had scheduled our move for a Friday and did not hear from Two Men and a Truck all day. Called the corporate office, but as these are locally owned franchises there is not much they can do if the franchise is being un-responsive.

In September 2015, Two Men and a Truck, Marietta, moved us from furniture storage to East Cobb. The office staff communicated all of the details, set our expectations and handled their tasks with our move with courtesy and competence.

We had a complicated move from a third-story apartment plus a stop at a very full and large storage unit. From my first interaction with April to obtain a quote for services, I found her to be very communicative. She even made some adjustments to the quote after we exchanged some e-mails. All communications were very timely, and we were able to schedule our move with less than one weeks notice. On moving day, Branson and Sam arrived on time and worked incredibly hard.

This company was so friendly, professional and courteous. My first conversation was with Bill for the estimate who was as precise as he could be with the information I gave him. And their fee is very reasonable. Then there was the follow up with Christine in the office who was really sweet and reassuring. James and Christian were the movers and they did an amazing job. They were friendly, fast, and very careful with my items. They kept going until the work was completed.
