Absolute WORST experience. My parents were moving from a 2 story home into a condo and had initially paid for 3 men but ended up with 2 in the middle of the move because one of the movers was on parol and his ankle monitor broke - they took him off the location so they ended up charging us double for the initial quote for the work of 2 men instead of 3. The worst part of the move was that the man on parol was caught rummaging through a few items from my mother?
When I needed to move, I always used this company; NO MORE!!! (Late Post) Everything was already in boxes and labeled (by me; nothing heavy, even my furniture is light). 1) the movers arrived late. 2) bad attitude, lead mover walked into the house and saw the boxes and made the comment, "oh, hell no!" 3) I called the main number and explained to the lady that answered the call, the situation (uncaring attitude) she stated waiting for another mover would take a week!!! To accept them!!
FIVE YEARS AGO?! Just to clarify, you are complaining about a comment made by movers who you ultimately did not allow to move you FIVE YEARS AGO? I wouldn't even begin to be able to look into this or do anything to follow up or correct the situation.
About a month ago, we hired Two Men and a Truck to move our entire house from Davie to Plantation. The move went smoothly and they were able to bust it out quickly, which I appreciated. We hired three movers and they seemed nice enough, or so I thought. Once I had completed unpacking, I started to realize that I was missing things...(mind you, I am a neat freak and VERY organized). Every single Christmas present we had purchased my 8 year old daughter was gone, along with a few other things.
Our sincerest apologies that you’re having to deal with this. Please know this is not our standard- we take customer service, training, and safety incredibly seriously, and have for more than 20 years since we first opened this business.
DAY 13- NO RESPONSE We moved December 28, 2018 and used 2 Men in a Truck out of the Davie office. the 2 men were very nice and courteous. They were tipped generously for their hard work. Unfortunately, they had a couple of breaks and scratches with furniture. That was something we could deal with. What is totally unacceptable is - they broke our 1 year old, $1300 UHD 65" television!
We sincerely apologize for this ma’am. I assure you we want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you haven’t already, please call our operations department and ask for Jeremiah or Robert. The phone number is [phone removed] option 2 at the menu.
Would give them a 1/4 star if I could. They say the company that cares. NOT!!! When I first called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with to schedule my move didn’t seem to know much. She asked me what was being moved and the date needed. I gave her the information. She sent me the quote, well actually she sent me two. She called me back and told me to disregard the first one which was actually less than the second one. When I got my pre-check email it had the wrong moving date on it.
Slimy. Dishonest. Will never use again. Office quoted one price over the phone. No details changed between quote and move. Mover tried to charge almost a $1,000 more because of travel time and fuel stops. All addresses were supplied in the original quote and travel time and fuel stops should've been factored in. Also, quoted me one price to unload a u-haul trailer and then tried to sneak by a bigger charge!
There's a lot to unpack here. We are taking a look at the GPS and our manager is already in contact with you. We hope to settle this satisfactorily. Update: If the tv boxes and mattress bag were not used we can absolutely refund those. Please give our manager a call.
All I have to say just WOW!! Excellent Outstanding service beginning with Finance Expect Geral and Manager Raul from Pompano Beach. This has been a difficult time for me and this move. As a senior woman, 2Men and Truck in Pompano made me feel at ease and peaceful with this move. I even haven’t moved yet due to I got sick, and had to reschedule. I have use their services before, wonderful service but never did I ask for their names.
Well, we are glad to hear that your initial interaction with our sales team was a positive experience. We don't have a Frank but I can clarify that the information regarding accessing your vault is explained in the storage contract that you signed.
Honestly, the wist experience I ever had with the moving company. 1. They where late by an hour. 2. They had my new address wrong, I had to wait for them in new location for 1.5 hour, so as people who were helping me. 3. I moved from other state and had a zero damages, in fact I moved 8 times past 20 years and had very minor damages. This time, moving one hour away, I was very disappointed. They were so rough with my furniture and my belongs that when I started to unpacked, I found many things broken.
I'm so sorry to hear about your negative moving experience; however, I can find no record of you in our customer database. Our goal is to always exceed the expectations of our customers but I cannot do anything to help you without a bit more information.

Very responsive to all inquiries prior to the move. Guys showed up on time, professional and worked very hard. Careful, efficient and courteous. The final cost was less than quote because the guys really hustled. Could not have been happier with our experience with this moving company. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of using Two Men and a Truck for my move from Davie, Florida, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by Jesus and Tim. From start to finish, they transformed what is usually a stressful experience into a seamless and worry-free process. Upon arrival, Jesus and Tim were punctual and immediately got to work with a friendly and professional demeanor.
This was my fourth time using Two Men and a Truck. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a mover. As in the last three times, this was a first class experience from the initial contact to the actual move. We contacted them three weeks before our move and scheduled a rep to come to our home for the initial consultation and quote. Kenny showed up on time, reviewed our needs, and provided us with a quote. We asked to give us a week and would confirm ASAP. A week had quickly passed.
