We recently hired Two Men and a Truck Fairburn, GA for a move within town. I would like to mention that we have moved many times, including overseas. This was the worst experience we ever had. Heavy boxes were pushed over delicate wooden floors, but that was only the beginning. First there weren't enough movers, so they had to call and had more coming later.

Lack of communication from the office to the frontline workers. Charging me for using things I specifically asked not to use. It’s not the customers fault you lack communication to the frontline employees. The operations employee Brittany was rude and hang up on me for no reason. I was never rude to her. Or did nothing to prompt her to act the way she did. They do not follow up on things they say they are going to do. Terrible service experience!!! Do not use this company!

I would never recommend the Stockbridge location. They made the price sound set, then blindsided me with a huge bill after the move. They even tried to force the payment from my bank account. My things were thrown into storage with no care, and items were still left at my home. When I opened the unit, my belongings fell out everywhere. This whole experience was stressful and heartbreaking

Mabiplayer, We are always disappointed to receive negative feedback but replacing a toilet seat because someone used it seems excessive. We train our teams to request permission to use customer's facilities and apologize if that was not adhered to.

I just want to say my experience with TWO MEN and a truck was phenomenal. From my 1st service inquiry call with Mr. Edwin. To my multiple interactions with Brittany to resolve my damage reimbursement. Although there were a few items that resulted in damage, everyone was great and professional. The young men who moved me were great as well. The thing I appreciate most was the across the board customer service no matter what department I interacted with.
