A very bad experience!!!!! I used this company for moving years ago and it went well. Things have changed apparently. They charged me drive time to and from destination which was $195 that was never disclosed. They said they sent me a pre move disclosure through email but I couldn’t open due to apparently it’s only visible for a short period of time (I told them this).

I would not recommend using Two Men & a Truck. We used them for a local move. It was roughly10 miles door to door. They damaged our furniture and the walls of our brand-new home. We gave them the opportunity to fix what they broke, and while 2 vendors did a great job, one was awful and made things worse. Now we have to fix the original problem and fix what they did to our home. The manager (Justin), who took over when we had issues, did not have any open communication.

To start and the reason I gave two men a truck a 1 star was because Anthony was a excellent customer care representative all though their movers weren’t. They did not have plastic rap to wrap my stuff to ensure protection. To ensure my stuff was protected I put blankets on my stuff and they removed each one except on a fire place. They packed my stuff in the truck without the blankets. And had luckily one thing damaged and not to mention sweat was all over my stuff. Bring a towel!!!

First half of this move (pick up) was fine. Second half (delivery) was terrible. I went to a lot of trouble to label each box: living room, dining room, bedroom, home office. I didn't realize until they were almost done that they had just stacked boxes in different rooms at random. It took me an hour to sort it out. They also did not re-assemble the bed frame and left a very heavy dresser on the wrong side of the room. I'm much too old to be moving heavy furniture and boxes around, but I had no choice.

Would NOT recommend for military moving in/around Pensacola. Paid for them to box up and pack some of our stuff and on move day NOTHING that we paid to have packed was moved for us. We were given the excuse that there was a misunderstanding with the dispatcher that we only needed furniture moved and that we would move all boxes and smaller items ourselves in personal vehicles and did not know this until they moved our larger items and said they were done.

I’d give negative stars stars if I could. Beware of the “waiver of liability”. It basically gives them carte blanche to break your stuff and pay nothing at all. Do yourself a favor and choose anyone else. My computer (or what its reduced to) is pictured

Wow, today was an amazing move!! Two Men and a Truck of Pensacola, Florida. My mover’s Jevin, Dalhton, & Ian were phenomenal, professional, and took special care of all our belongings. They moved an upright piano up 2 flights of stairs without a scratch. The manager, Justin, came out on the job site to help make sure it was a successful move with the piano. I would highly recommend this moving company to handle your next move. Thanks to this team!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! The team of employees from start to finish were outstanding. Jade, in the office, was extremely helpful in helping new movers work through the details.
