In their own words
Let me first say that the movers were very nice and pleasant with the exception of one who was rude and disrespectful to his fellow movers. It was clear he didn't want to be there and the result of this bad review. That mover was super lazy and decided to roll an expensive deck umbrella down the deck stairs destroying the stand. The team leader apologized several times and promised it would be replaced.
Hello Jeremy, We sincerely apologize to learn of this and can assure you this is not the norm at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. We would be happy to speak with you further and encourage you to reach us directly at ([phone removed].
Awful experience. I could say so many things but will leave with this. They refused the take the treadmill because they “couldn’t get” from the basement. 3 young men. I called my neighbor, him and I got the treadmill out in 10 minutes. I called the manager and he also didn’t care for my concerns. Charged me 2 hours more than estimated. Just awful. I would’ve been much better off renting a U-Haul, do it myself and save the stress, disappointment and the extra charges...
We hired Two Men and a Truck to move a very heavy sleeper sofa from our first-floor apartment to our third floor. We assumed a professional moving company would arrive with basic equipment (straps, harnesses, or moving aids) and the know-how to move large furniture. They did not. The three movers were kind and polite, and this review is not meant as a criticism of them personally. However, they were clearly unprepared for the job.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the move did not work out as expected. Our crew attempted to move the sleeper sofa to a third-floor unit with narrow stairways and doorways. During the move, the crew contacted your husband to review the situation, and it was determined that the item would…
The company lost the legs to my bed frame making it completely unusable and not offering any sort of money to make up for it. They scratched the top of my side table pretty badly. The worst part is that even though we gave them an accurate picture of our move the truck was too small and we ended up still having to make 6 car loads full of stuff. The movers even admitted that with what we described there should have been two trucks.
Thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Devine and the crew provided great and efficient service. Thanks for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
Just wrapped furniture in plastic, did not use blankets to protect it. Heavy damage on my kitchen table, damaged dresser mirror, hand truck dug bug chunks out of rental property stairs. 3 damage reports filed by movers, was supposed to be …
We had a positive experience with a team moving us out of our prior home and into storage over the summer. The team that moved us out of storage and into our new home was terrible. Damaged doors, walls, stairs, hardwood floors. Had no …

Terrible experience. Will not be using them again. Items broken. Items left all over the place. Could not complete the job.
Ryan, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and that items were broken, left behind, and the move wasn’t completed. This is not the level of care we aim to provide at Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage, and I’d like the chance … More

We had Mike's team today who moved my Mom. They took great care with her stuff and even took a few extra items. Really nice and polite. On time and respectful of the building.
We like the sound of this! Happy to be your move experts Carrie!
All I can say is WOW. I had no idea a moving company could be so amazing. From the first call with Andy to moving day with Cameron, Justin, Makiah, Mark and Colby, Brandon's team were all incredibly professional, pleasant, skilled and efficient. They all introduced themselves, packed everything with care. were fast and knew exactly what they were doing. I could not be happier with the entire experience including the price. I HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck and will absolutely use them again.

Three men for this move. First impression, they had a great attitude and carefully listened to me about some details in moving some of the items. So efficient, fast and careful- everything delivered safely and within a very reasonable time frame. Careful about making sure the furniture was arranged to my liking, in the new apartment and put extra boxes away in our storage area in the basement which I thought went above and beyond.☺️ Very diligent about making certain that my plants were delivered safely.
Thank you, Caroline, for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our team exceeded your expectations and took such great care with your move. It's fantastic to know that both our movers and office support made your experience positive. Thanks for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
