We had a terrible experience. Our move itself went smoothly, but the problems started as soon as the movers left. The first night in our new apartment, our bed frame collapsed because it had been reassembled incorrectly and was missing about 10 screws. Before the move, the bed was fully functional. We contacted customer service, and they sent someone to inspect it. He confirmed it had not been put together properly, noted that a bed leg was also missing, and said he would follow up. We never heard back.

Beware of Janky business practices !!!!!!! To start they arrived late , they came at the very end of the time window they provided which definitely made things stressful. Their policy is that you pay up front, but the quote that the drivers provided was completely different from the original quote from customer service . The total move amount was now $1,000 but over the phone they quoted me $800+ .

I would strongly caution anyone against using this company. I cancelled my scheduled move with this company in advance and was told it was cancelled. Despite that, they still dispatched a crew to my apartment on moving day. I had booked another moving company for that day. When I received a call that movers had arrived, I reasonably assumed they were the movers I had actually booked.

The men who showed up to my home were nice and it seemed as if they were doing a good job. I didn't supervise every minute and I should have. They were asked to wrap all of the furniture in blankets or shrink wrap, they didn't. My bed, which had a fabric covered headboard had dents and scratches in it (it's ruined). My bookcases (see pictures) were also totally ruined.

Horrible service and scammers!! Charged my auntie 2500$! To take half of her apartment down to a storage 15 minutes away. Was going to charge her another 2500$ the next day!! I flew out to Chicago from Colorado and loaded her up in a 20ft Uhaul for 1700$ and moved her whole apartment in 2 days cross country back to Colorado. With having to unload the badly packed storage unit they got for her. Also they sent 3 guys and 2 were helping push a cart down to hall and wait together on the elevator.

I cannot say enough great things about the movers that helped me. They showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and more than will to move the furniture to the exact places I needed it. The driver, Nathan, was in a cast with a broken foot but was still helping and kept me updated on their progress and location throughout the entire move. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The folks that did the pre move estimate made the process very easy and explained expected costs. On move day, Omar, Keaton and Zach did a fantastic job carrying out our move. They took great care in preparing our furniture for the move and worked very efficiently in both moving and setting up our furniture in the new place. All three of them were very friendly and personable during the process. The final cost was lower than the estimate and very reasonable.

I've had a lot of experience with moving companies, but this was by far the best. My three-man crew, Jimmy, John and Phil, were excellent. The contacted me on the front end letting me know their approximate arrival time, they demonstrated a high degree of care for my belongings, they were personable, knowledgeable, and were available to answer any questions I had along the way. Everything arrived intact with no broken items.
