I wish I could give five stars again. We have used them several times over the years and never had an issue. This move was from one single-family house to another single-family house about 22 miles apart. They came out and gave us a quote of $2200. The day of the move, I was informed that it will be a little bit more and he could not give me a reason why. Thinking that it would just be a couple hundred dollars more and it would be fair, we continued with the move.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Two Men and a Truck. I have used this company more than a handful of times over the years and have even referred clients to them, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Before the move, I went room by room with the move coordinator to ensure they had an accurate inventory of everything that needed to be moved.

Tyrone was very helpful and kind, but Heath was extremely rude and slow. If I owned the company I would fire Heath. He wasted about ten minutes doing nothing (when I finally arrived to check up on him in my bedroom he was texting not doing his job). I have a broken foot and had to then help Heath. After I showed him how fast one can mount a head board on one side of bed frame, he then took another five minutes to do his side.

Anyone that finds this company reliable neat and honest are lying! This is the worst moving company! I used them a few yrs ago…When they left instead of following me to my new home they went off into oblivion for hours before they showed up at my new home! I was missing so many boxes and now that I am spring cleaning I am missing a lot of Crystal! Waterford Lennox !! And All clad pots and pans and crystal Christmas decorations! And back then when I called they basically said too bad!
We had a great experience with the Two Men and A Truck group out of Myrtle Beach, SC, and rebooked them for the second half of our move to our final destination. A month or so before the final move, our account was switched to the group out of Port St. Lucie. It was explained to me that sometimes that happens. The movers met my parents at the storage unit (where the original movers had moved all of our things - broken things down, packed, and stored).

Our move was planned for NC from Vero Beach, FL. We have paid moving companies four times to pack and move us and this was by far the worse. There was one young man that expressed manners and care but the other could have cared less. All he was interested in the whole day of packing was whether or not he was getting a tip along with spending most of the day taking breaks and texting in the back of the truck. at one point we were told that our patio table was being left behind due to the truck being full.

I called 2 weeks ago and scheduled a moving for May 29, 2020 at 8 am to relocate my office from suite 101 to suite 105 of the same professional building. Just 4 doors down. I asked that the movers not bring a truck because it is not necessary and takes up too many parking spaces. They could easily have come in a van which they have. I received a called at 8:18 am from the driver telling me he'll be there in 20 mins even though it takes about 12 mins from their point of origin.

I could not be more disappointed in the service recieved. I needed someone to help load the truck so i choose based on ratings. I was told the helpwould bring the padding and straps to secure the load. They had nothing, i supplied the straps and padding and at the end they tried to charge for supplies they didnt provide. They only used 2 straps out of 6. The only positive, The 2 gentlemen that showed up were extremely nice and pleasant but it ends there. I dont believe either had any experience loading trucks.

We called Two Men and a Truck and they were able to give us a quote the very next day. Even better, they were able to move us the day after that, which was a perfect fit for our schedule. They kept us informed of their arrival time and were there on time, actually early. They went through the condo with us to confirm the items to be moved, and quickly got to work. Everything was done efficiently and with no harm to any furnishings. They were finished in several hours and everything went well.

As with a majority of us, reviews are important and allow us to choose based on previous feedback. I utilized this to make my decision when I hired 2 men and a truck. On both occasions, they exceeded my expectations when moving my items. The only thing that I couldn’t understand was it appeared to me as it took longer to move the second time then the first. Like 1.25 hours more. I had 3 large items instead of 7 in the beginning, but I did add approx. 25 boxes that were moved in about 15 mins, I even helped.

I have moved MANY times and I can say, without hesitation, that this move was the best, most professional and cheerful move ever! Our moving team, Davantae, Rashard and Mario, were polite, efficient and very hard working. They completed the job in three hours less time than originally estimated which included unexpected additional work. In the past, I have used five or six different Two Men and a Truck companies. I strongly feel that the Jensen Beach franchise is the best I've ever used to move my belongings.
