Horrible experience with my moving experience! I used this company a few years ago in Illinois and had a great experience, that is why I wanted to use them again for my 2 nd move. Never again!! These 2 men were not good at all. My refrigerator got damaged and now I have to deal with the customer service by sending pictures and receipts! Not only is a move stressful now I have to deal with the damage! The customer service isn’t good at all.

I've used Two Men and a Truck before in St. Louis and had a good experience so when I needed a moving company in Ft. Myers to do a move with some temporary storage of the furniture, I didn't hesitate to use the local Ft. Myers location. The experience with this location was not good. They gave me an estimate of how many hours the move would take which I seemed considerably high for the amount of rooms I had, and found out the day of the move that they would be loading the truck with the furniture and then…

Where do I begin? I'm a firefighter who recently had knee surgery and was unable to move boxes let alone walk up stairs. I hesitantly called two and a half men as I am a person who has never used a moving company before. I told them I live in a 3 story townhouse but all of the items were packed and waiting in the two car garage(full top to bottom) exceptfor a bedroom set and sectional couch. The lady told me it wasn't a problem, quoted me $700 and scheduled it for Feb. 5th.

We are so so disappointed in this company, and will never use them again nor refer them! The Operations Manager, Marlom finished the move with a bad experience! He is very combative with us a customer, and lied about ordering a part to fix a piece of furniture that the movers damaged. He said he ordered the part on February 20th, to fix the piece of furniture, when in fact he just ordered it yesterday, three weeks later… apparently, the only reason he put the order in is because I asked for the copy of the invoice…

I fired them before any money changed hands. They kept changing the terms of our original agreement regarding deposit amount and due date of deposit. Asked to speak to a manager, and after many, many phone calls went unreturned, I made other arrangements and saved myself over $300. I was spoken to in a very rude manner, which of course, I gave right back to them. It turns out the rude person that I spoke with on the phone....was the owner the whole time! Two Men and a Truck are a franchise.

Basically, the movers put both beds together incorrectly and the nails/slats on the lower bedframes split apart. The mattress fell through each bed. I was able to re-nail the slats and reinforce the beds with glue, but clearly they’re damaged beds now. They didn’t notify me that there were any issues with bed assembly initially, because they have no clue what they’re doing.

Two pieces of furniture where chipped, glass from cocktail table was not properly packed and cracked on truck. Movers explained a inspector would come out and review the damage, no inspector after two weeks we called three times before we got a real person who explained that it was in the contract that this type of damage was not covered even though we payed a 135. 00 insurance fee, and paid them to individually wrap all pieces which They still managed to somehow damage on the truck. .

This morning my girlfriend was walking her dog in the neighborhood and walked past the truck that had two workers. They cat called her, whistled at her and asked if she had a boyfriend. This is completely unprofessional. We will never use this business now. I recommend to everyone that they be careful with the workers here. Atishia Lubrun, Carson Snyder, Dmytro Bakay, we would refer to them as the A TEAM for the following, professional, efficient, very careful in handling our items, friendly, experienced & it showed. The first move was from a stilted home they rocked it had it done in less than 2 hours (even though there was no race). This was our 3rd experience using Two Men & a Truck all have been very good experiences, when we scheduled the service, we were asked if we intended to shop around our thought was WHY???

I had the best experience with Two Men and A Truck moving from Fort Myers to Bonita Springs. David, Leo, Clebson, and Ashton were so polite, professional, and careful with all my belongings. They arrived on time and were so speedy. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving!
