Didn’t show up between scheduled time to move, instead came at 8pm and could not move. Then came another day, broke an outdoor lamp and refused to replace it. Unreliable, unprofessional and not dependable. The company does not take …
Very disappointed, I was assured we would have a lift gat due to owning a very large and heavy gun safe and 8 foot long tool box full of tools. This is not what showed up to move my shop equipment. The workers worked very hard and done a good job of taking care of our property. I contacted Jason th manager and requested an adjustment to our bill, due to having to work harder and longer to get my heavy equipment loaded, and unloaded. Also, my safe was dropped and had damage due to not having the right equipment.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we didn't provide the service all of our customers expect and deserve. We would like to discuss your move with you. Our Director of Operations will reach out within the next 24 hours to discuss this with you.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY MY HUSBAND AND I ARE 70 YEARS OLD AND I WOULDN'T BE WRITING THIS IF IT WAS NOT IMPORTANT BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AND DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING!! They will not cover anything that belongs to you if they just come to load the truck. Read below to see damages...they will cover nothing and it is too costly to replace our items. As I said below, it took them seven hours to load the truck-total bill $1300!!
Estimate was not enough man hours. They ran out of time . Only about 20% of our things were put in the right room. Most of the master bedroom (my clothes and essentials), were in the garage. It’s taken me days to find as they surrounded it with outdoor stuff. The movers worked hard just not smart. Their leader was great! Jason, was excellent but his crew didn’t care what we wanted. We spent top dollar for movers to do it all for us and we ended up having to work as hard as them.

They charged my mother in law over $2600 to move her about 10 miles. Sent 2 people instead of the 3 they originally said, then pressured her to "pay up" at 10PM when they finished because it took longer... Original quote was @ $1600 - $1900. Then they left new boxes at her previous residence I had to remove the next day when I walked her unit down, but they charged her for them too & didn't even use them.... Maybe all moving companies are like this, but I would hope not.... Defiantly will not recommend!!!

The workers broke my items from not packing properly, had to continually tell them how to do their job, no experience, and a few had my home smelling from bad hygiene..

I can’t say enough how impressed and appreciative I was of Noah, Trenton, and James who helped unload a uhaul for my move 3 hours away. I ended up hiring a separate crew to load the uhaul and it was not a good experience. These 3 guys worked more efficiently than the 5 that loaded the truck and were respectful and hospitable. They used manners, cleaned up after themselves, and just were pleasant to talk to while we worked.

Could not be happier with hiring Two Men and a Truck!!! Caleb and Omar did an amazing job! As soon as my husband and I picked up our U-Haul we realized it was not going to be small enough to hold all our stuff. I still have no idea how those 2 men tetris-ed it all in, floor to ceiling, utilizing every square inch until we hardly had anything left! Not only was their performance amazing, they were so sweet, and worked nonstop - no meal breaks and hardly stopping to drink water.
