In their own words
THIS COMPANY IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. 1. This is a very unprofessional company with very rude people managing the movement of house. 2. Three of my furniture were very badly damaged. The had no clue how to handle furniture. They just tore part the joints without unscrewing it or dropped a heavy headrest of a bed damaging it so badly or they transported the dining without proper blankets spoiling the top of the dining...see pictures. 3.
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your move experience. However, we do want to clarify a few points. A supervisor was sent to your location during the move to address your concerns in real time and assist the crew.
This was the worst experience ever. They came and walked the move location, gave an estimate and the day of the move they didn't show up. After several phone calls, they sent a truck over and they refused to do the move. Remember, they did …
We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding your move. After the initial walkthrough and estimate, there was a miscommunication about scheduling, and we regret that the crew was scheduled a day later than you had originally requested.
Worst move of our life. We have moved with two men and a truck before and went with them a second time hoping to have the same experience as the first time. They quit literally throw everything in the truck, they didn’t wrap or tie any thing down. They damaged my antique which is irreplaceable, huge scraps on our table. They broke the top of the dresser. I have so far 7 pieces of furniture that are damaged. I haven’t even opened a box. They took an hour long break even though they were on hourly.
Terrible! The movers got high smoking marijuana while on the job. Here is a sampling of the mess and some of the damages. You might be a drug-free workplace, but in my 15 years as a police officer and drug agent, it was apparent what was happening, and you have the gall to sue me after your drugged-up movers caused $1,000s in damages.
We are sorry you were not satisfied with your move. We are a drug free workplace and all of our employees are subject to random drug testing.
If I could leave 0 stars then I would. This is what they did to both of our TVs, broke them and hid them and left. Put the beds together incorrectly also. When we put in a claim they only gave a $23 refund (because we did not buy the extra insurance) what a joke. Do not hire this company if you want your items in once piece!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your move. The addendum options are set by the state and all legal moving companies are required to use and follow this addendum for moving.
Very pathetic, rude, unprofessional experience. I booked moving service a month before of my actual moving date. I had a moving last week and these guys left job in between without moving my furniture and boxes from my old home to new home. …
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were not satisfied.
Two Men and a Truck was the worst moving experience I have ever had! I discourage anyone from choosing them for a move. They were fast & (recklessly )furious and damaged some of my belongings and flooring in my new home. One of the …
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your move. We take all claims seriously and did review the information provided. Based on our findings, the flooring damage shown was documented as pre-existing and not caused by our team, so we are unable to accept…
One Star — Unprofessional Service, Incomplete Move, Unauthorized Credit Card Charge I hired this Two Men and a Truck location to move a few items, including an …
We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. We take allegations like these very seriously. Both team members assigned to your move are active employees in good standing and have passed company-required drug testing.

In their own words
As a company, Two Men and a Truck were professional, and reliable. I would highly recommend them. Our moving team John and Anthony were absolutely fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were absolutely kind, respectful and highly professional. They moved my elderly Mother from one senior facility to another and they treated everyone around them so nicely. They had to deal with a very inconvenient elevator situation and they handled it with pure professionalism.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review and recommendation! We’re so glad John and Anthony were able to make your mother’s move a smooth one. Moving between senior communities can be stressful, and it means a lot to hear that they treated everyone with kindness and professionalism while…
Good pricing and professional service. Damon and Kyra were amazing! Everything was handled with care and they went above and beyond to move my very heavy commercial-grade treadmill. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. Thanks team!

All of the folks we dealt with were great, even after we had a little communication snafu. Amber, Dwayne and Chris were absolutely great to work with!
