They absolutely destroyed our new dresser. Broke the top in, and broke two of the legs on it. They have not gotten back to me for OVER A MONTH about repairing it. I HAVE CALLED SIX TIMES!! So unprofessional. They haven’t responded to my emails. We called and they said “we are waiting for the payment to go through” which is a complete lie because I paid the bill the day they did the job, and my bank confirmed it. On top of all of this, the movers were terrible!

Long story short - terrible experience. Not sure how real the rest of these reviews are. Was told we need 3 people, while really only 2 people did the work, but also didn't get the whole job done. Was told they'd be able to get the 30x10 storage unit moved within the day and didn't get half of it done. Broke several items, tracked mud all over our brand new house with their "we don't remove shoes policy" and the decision maker doesn't care to take a serious look at the issues from what was supposed to be a stress…

This company was a nightmare. My four friends loaded half of the apartment in 2.5 hours. Their four "professionals" took 14 hours to load the other half and a one-car garage of storage. We mostly waited around on the two in the truck who were discussing the organization. The other two guys did everything else. Seth and Mamoud were excellent. The other two brought the wrong boxes and no tape (even though I requested both) and charged me an extra hour at $155 to go back to the office to get them.

We were unlucky enough to get the "guy in training" with one other supposedly seasoned mover. The broke stuff, borrowed our tools and drills/batteries as they showed up with dead ones (first move of the day!), threw trash from inside their truck onto our yard and left it, dented a metal door taking furniture out, broke the entertainment center, didn't use furniture pads to wrap foot/headboards (wood), loaded the truck in a single layer so it was "full" faster, and left almost another full level of totes and…

My move went great from start to finish! I received a fast estimate with updates, had questions answered. The movers showed up on time, were very polite and professional. They worked very hard and got everything moved in less time than estimated. Nothing was damaged, broken or missing. Highly recommend!

I called on Thursday and they came out the next day. They moved a heavy NuStep upstairs in less than ten minutes and no problems. They were courteous and professional. It was a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely call them again!

We used Two Men and a Truck for our recent family move in Lincoln and they were incredible to work with throughout the entire process. When planning and quoting the move, they were responsive and understanding of change if needed (although be aware that, understandably, there may be some fees if changes are significant and close to move date). I received a call when they were close to our home, and worked all day to move our family.
