Two Men and a Truck Moving

I regretfully never should’ve used them. They were absolutely unprofessional, sloppy and inappropriate. They broke my bed frame, 86” tv. My husband had to help them move because that moving like snails intentionally. Spoke to Brian an someone else on the damages but never got back to me.

I had these guys move me 9 years ago they overcharged me for 1. I'm in the process of moving my bedroom King size furniture and we noticed the bed frame is bent with a crack in it like they might of used a hammer or something, or maybe stood on it. On top of that they dropped my cream pillow in the mud they were supposed to get it cleaned for me so I had them take the cream pillow with them. They acted like they didn't care or wanted to get the cousion cleaned.

My brother and his wife made a long distance move, and I volunteered to help them out and deal with the movers. The movers showed up 4 hours late for the pickup (due to a schedule change which we were never told about) and showed up 5 hours late for the drop off (because they didn't account for bad weather). Avoid this company at all costs. They're too stupid to not communicate a delay or factor in travel delays!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible experience. I recently used this company to move. I told them prior to the move we had a sleep number and they said no problem. Once we got to the new house they then said they were not able to get it up to the master(come to find out we only had to remove four screws) They asked us where we wanted the furniture so reluctantly we decided to put it in the basement. After a call to sleep number they told us how simple it was and they would come out for two hundred dollars and take it apart.

My move with them was 6 months ago and the experience is still weighing on me. The estimation and scheduling process was easy. Had three movers, who were very friendly and courteous. But those are the only positives. First issue is they were so slow. Took many breaks. On their phones too much. Took an hour lunch. They charge by the hour, so this is a problem for the client that they did not seem to recognize or care. I also smelled marijuana near the truck mid-move and within the truck when I was settling up.

I used Two Men and a Truck for a local move and would not recommend based on my experience. Scheduling was an easy process which is why I give them 2 stars, but the movers were no where near as good as the guys that I hired through Task Rabbit when I moved back to Wilmington a year prior. A few specific examples: 1) I gave *very clear* instructions that my Nordictrack treadmill base had to remain flat with nothing heavy placed on top of it.

We moved to our new home in October 2020 while I was pregnant. There were 3 men that moved us in who were fine- not overly friendly, but not rude. One of the men did trip while walking into our new home carrying our belongings but my focus was on making sure he was okay at the time, not the fact that he had slipped to the ground. The biggest issue I have with this experience is that my full size mirror was broken. At the time we were told it would be taken care of.

I used the Northern Delaware branch of Two Men and a Truck when I moved into my new home in March of 2020, and the experience was beyond awful. There were three movers assigned for the job, and everything was going as expected until I met them at my house. They arrived before I did, and although at that time they were parked in the street it appeared as though they hit my house with their truck (pictures to follow).
