Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Movers forgot furniture at the pickup location. Movers went back to the pickup location and moved it only to the garage and said they’d come back for it the next morning. Ops Mgr named Logan informed me they’d have to charge me the $195/hr rate to transfer it (FOR THEIR MISTAKE). He then called back to tell me he talked to the mover and he could do it for me if I left a review.

Following my move I gave Nate, Josh, and Christian a 5 star review for the apparent service delivered. Unfortunately, we later discovered that they damaged our 74 inch flat screen and the picture is ruined. While I paid for extra insurance, Two Men and a Truck has not adequately addressed 1. my claim and 2. my request to remove the TV that they broke. This organization's customer service was great prior to the move but disappointing afterwards. Be careful.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck Gurnee. The move entailed relocating one set of washer/dryer from my residence to my rental property (less than 10 minutes away), moving a set of stacking washer/dryer to the basement, and then moving the set from my house to the 2nd floor laundry room.

I’ve used them before and they were great and disassembled all furniture and were able to move everything requested! This time was a much different experience. They were to move only furniture (no boxes). The two men arrived on time and were very polite.They didn’t bring any tools to “disassemble” the furniture. The one guy even made a comment “sorry the driver is new and didn’t know he needed to bring tools.” Why is it not standard to carry a set of screwdrivers and wrenches on every truck?

Undisclosed costs. You have to pay for several hours of travel time for the movers to drive from their office (which office not disclosed) to your moving location, and then back to the office (again which office is not disclosed ). This ended up being several additional hours over the actual moving time. Would not use again.

We hired two men and a truck from the Gurnee Location on August 13th for a move from Wadsworth Il to Kenosha Wi. The end result was damage to many pieces of furniture. My son filed a claim with an apparent plan to send someone out to the necessary repairs. In the end no follow calls , and no repairs were ever done.

I gave this moving company a 4 out of 5 stars. Both of the young men who handled my delivery were very polite, professional, and worked at an efficient pace. They were extremely helpful and took the time to do thorough walkthroughs to ensure everything was placed correctly and met my expectations. There were a few minor snafus during the process, but I understand that can happen when moving large pieces of furniture.
