DO NOT book a load only service. Customer service said I would have all furniture wrapped and secured and protected. Fast forward to when we arrive and the local movers at our new house say how horrible the loading was. Literally nothing wrapped, all furniture ruined, and when I went to file a claim I was told I would get a call from Jared.

My husband and I booked Two Men & A Truck for our local Bentonville move. Unfortunately, there was an issue with scheduling on their end and the team did not arrive at our house in time. I was not notified about this in any way. I only had the confirmation email/document stating an arrival time of 8am. We waited patiently for the movers to come and eventually began calling the office (at every number we could find) and could not get a hold of anyone! Our arrival time window had been passed for more than an hour.

I used Two Men in a truck this past weekend. They quoted me a price and went over by almost $100. They couldn’t move my fridge because they couldn’t get it out. They damaged my walls. They spent nearly an additional two hours longer just trying to get the fridge doors off until I finally told them to leave it. If they had not spent so much time on the fridge I would have saved nearly $600 and no damage to my walls that were just freshly repaired and painted.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Using this company for moving was the biggest scam of my life!. We reached out after our move because not only were the movers 3hrs late, we were also charged $120 for 3 TV boxes that WE SAID WE DID NOT NEED. BOBBI JEAN was told that we did not need the boxes but she told us they’d leave them on the truck just in case. We DID NOT use them, in fact I took my own tvs because paying for an tv box for a Roku tv seemed unnecessary. $120 for three boxes that WE’RE NEVER TOUCHED.

Very dissapointed with this company! We were supposed to have movers come Wednesday to move us. They showed up but would not attempt to get up our driveway when it was very posible to do so. They told us to clear it off and they would come back. We did so and called to tell them that it was all clear, they said they would try to be there at 1:00. At 3:00 we hadn't heard anything so we called and they said they couldn't do it that day but had plenty of time to come on Friday afternoon.

Had an unpleasant experience with movers hiding damage. Hired them for a move from them about a year ago. As they were unloading my TV console, I heard a loud thud. When I asked about it, they said it was fine. They proceeded to wrap it up in tons of plastic before bringing it up. At the end, I assumed things were fine. After unwrapping the plastic, I found that the wood was smashed and the door couldn’t open up anymore. Contacted customer support to open a case, but never heard back.

They were 3 hrs late, they charged us $117 for 3 tv boxes i told them we did not need, and they billed us for an extra hour in which they were not traveling nor moving anything. We reached out for help with our problem and no response back. Very disappointed

Our move went very well, great, in fact! Usually moving is a chore no one truly looks forward to. However, Two Men & a Truck made ours good. Hanna at the office worked with me on how to begin, how to plan. She was sincerely patient as we tried to set a date. Then the fellows that came to our home(s) were so very respectful, careful, efficient. The day they came was a very hot day but they took well deserved breaks and kept going! Another nice thing I noticed was that they were respectful and polite to one another.

Jobe and Jose with Two Men and a Truck were excellent. They arrived on time, communicated their plan. They were gentle with my possessions and treated my furniture with great care. They were fast, focused and efficient. What a great team. Very hard working men. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had moving. Start to finish. Natalie was great from the beginning and kept us informed of what would happen step by step, there were no mishaps and everything happened exactly as planned. Last year we used a different moving company and had a terrible experience. This time the experience was better than 5 STARS. Customer service deserves 10 stars as well as the movers!!! They were awesome!!! It wasn’t an easy trip over 2 days.

Two Men and a Truck helped us with a local move recently and they were professional, courteous, clean cut, and very hard working. Jobe is an excellent team lead and built a lot of confidence and trust right away for us. Connor is basically the Hulk and did a lot of heavy lifting while still taking care of our property. James is a hard working guy and Army Ranger and was great to have on the team.
