Two Men and a Truck Moving

I wish I could give 0 stars! They are the worst! Arrived late, damaged the walls at the pick up location. Were very rough with boxes, banging them down the stairs. Arrived late at the drop off location and delivered 90% of my furniture damaged. Scratches in bookcases and cherry wood dining room table. A busted TV stand that they attempted to hide the damage but it fell over after they left. My dresser drawers no longer stay closed and the corners of every piece of furniture are damaged and missing pieces.

This is a follow up review to my first one, when I outlined all the problems I had from damages to my apartment to it costing me over 1700 dollars more than I was originally quoted. They had the nerve to send a automated response like they actually cared. Guess what, no follow up, no phone calls and my apartment still has damages, most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of working with.

I had these movers scheduled on a Monday to move some office furniture to another office. My time slot was 3-5. At 450, the movers hadn't shown up, so I talked to Jennifer in the office. She said she checked dispatch and everything was on schedule. I gave her my cellphone number and asked that she pass it along to the driver. By 6:00, no one showed up, so I started driving back to Lafayette. Around 7 I get an email asking me to contact the moving crew. I talked to the movers.

I had a terrible experience with Two Men and A Truck. My movers, Mr. Baldwin & Rohl took less than 3 hours to complete my local move (1.7 miles) and even joked that we have to pay only $3 extra ($277.70 - $275) after the deposit of $275. We even confirmed with him and he said it was okay. But later on I found out , they deducted an extra of $277.70 dollars. I had few boxes, around 16 and a bed, TV, table to move.

Never Again! Better off having family and friends help with the move. We had friends help in the past and ended up with lightly scratched furniture. All moves since then we hired movers. This was our fifth move since then. Last move Maumee valley movers messed up our Nordic track treadmill but paid Nordic track to come out and get it running again(included in insurance). We chose 3 men and a truck due to their insurance policy. The move was more $ but supposedly better insurance plan. Definitely not!

I have been a returning customer with multiple moves with this company. My experience was always good until my last move. Please see the attached pictures. I obviously lost a lot of belongings due to the way my items were stacked. When I called to complain and ask if I could send them some photos, they responded with we will not honor any claim. This, before ever even seeing what I was complaining about. As you will see in that attached pics, this is the way my items were loaded.

Terrible experience with these guys. Used for daughter to try to save some stress. First of all, they were over 4 hours late on the pick up side when we had a deadline from a closing. Then they brought the wrong tuck so another hour to swap it. Very slow. Much standing around. Took many many hours to load one box truck and most was pre packed other than appliances. Charged a LOT to hold the load overnight. Showed up 4 hours early on the other end (before House was even closed).

I booked a truck a few weeks ago for a move from Granger, IN to Fishers IN. They called day before to confirm and to ask if they could arrive early. Next day, they showed up late with the wrong truck. The movers left claiming they were coming back with a bigger truck. (I described very well how much furniture I had to move and was told it would be less than half the truck capacity when i booked) I called to see what went wrong and to complain..
