The worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. I called and scheduled with the Chicago office and they moved us over to Fort Wayne office. I called at least 3 times to go over items and stated multiple times that I did not believe all of our items would fit. Nate said people usually over-exaggerate how many items but if we go with what you’re saying then you’ll have room. What do you know, day off around 6.5 hours in of them moving they told us there wasn’t enough room.

The quote was very inaccurate as we had to pay 28% more than the quote and it was quoted as a single truck move. However, when the loaders came the next day they said it was a 2 truck job and they only had 1 truck available so I had to find another way to move the rest of my possessions. The packers were way too slow as well. The only positive was the loaders were very efficient, polite and respectful. I would not use 2 Men and a Truck again.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. Hired 2 men a truck to move me a few miles down the road. Price was higher than other moving companies, but I've used them before and had a good experience, so gave them the job. For the most part things went well, short of the mover damaging my dining table. The table was scratched and 3 of the chairs were completely broken at the back or legs. They said, they would take care of it, so I didn't make a big deal about it.

BEWARE!!!! Hired them to move my office. They took apart my desk and didn't know how to put it back together. So rather than ASKING, they forced it back together, putting parts in the wrong place, drilling extra holes and ruining the desk. When I ask them to make it right, they said I signed a particle board waiver and refused. I was never shown the waiver and when I brought that up, they said I could have paid $100 for a protection plan (which was never offered).

My wife I paid two men and a truck to move our more expensive furniture and some other items to storage while we built a new home. Home is now ready we had them bring the items out. What a nightmare while loading the truck one worker tried to take a large sofa up the truck ramp by himself on a dolly not strapped on and it fell off landing on top of a stainless steel Weber grill putting two dents in the lid. Not sure about sofa no visible damage but who knows about frame.
We moved from Fort Wayne to an hour away and our experience was terrible. The movers left numerous scraps, marks, and dings on the drywall. We are trying to sell our old house so this caused us to repair items that we preciously had in perfect condition. They also left our grill at the house due to them not double checking they grabbed everything. I have had no luck getting the damage claim resolved after almost 2 weeks.

This move was done efficiently and professionally. We were especially impressed with Ethan and Jeromy. They did all the wrapping and move each piece with care. They took apart our Sleep Number bed and put it back together quickly. It was very cold that day and there were no complaints from them at all. Would highly recommend these two movers!

We moved furniture and boxes from my late mother’s home in Fort Wayne to two different locations in Warsaw. Booking the service was an absolute breeze. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and thorough. Garrett, Noah and Hector were our movers. They took great care in establishing how load in should go. They were respectful and careful with all of our belongings. They were personable and easy to work with. They did so well they shaved 45 minutes off the estimated price.

Amazing Customer service from the beginning to the end. I was able to get it set up over the phone. And then meet the team onsite the day of the move. The team was thoughtful of my stuff. QUICK and cleaned up once they were complete. Great experience in a real hectic time in my life. I would strongly recommend these guys. I was able to get into my new place 4 days later, I contacted the office and Matt was able to get my stuff to me the next day 120 miles away. It went flawless. Great experience start to finish
