I waited a week to leave this review so I was sure that I am not just tired from the move and I wanted to be fair. They require a 3 hour minimum and state they offer a “white glove service” they do not, unless you pay for it which they don’t explain when you make the reservation. First off, they were 10 minutes late, which wasn’t a big deal a big deal until later on.
We are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't great. Please call the office if you would like to discuss it further at [phone removed]. I can assure you that you were not charged for their California mandated lunch break, and we are happy to discuss it further with you.
Extensive damage to my RH dining table, linen dining chairs got dirty on the top half, large shelf shifted and was no longer straight since it was not left upright and turned to its side and upside down. It also got scratched. They never called me to discuss. The manager was never available when I called and asked for a return call. He sent a email offering $100 because my deductible was $250 for the insurance I purchased and said the damage wasn’t enough to warrant a claim.

Update: I filed a claim for my losses and I'm still waiting for the company to get back to me with any reply. I appreciate that the move was completed, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. During unloading, our china cabinet was damaged, a drawer from a baby cabinet fell and broke—causing dents and chipped paint on our staircase—and one of our bookcases arrived with scratches. We also found a significant scratch on our dining room table after the move.

This company moved our expensive bedroom furniture and damaged my dresser by dragging it across the concrete driveway. I made a claim with them before they left and was told that they would send someone out to fix it. They ignored me for a week and then said that they would get back to me. It’s now been two weeks and they have not responded to any of my messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone that cares about their furniture at all.

Please save yourself the grief and sell anything you have and rebuy after your move. Literally every piece of furniture had chips, scratches, and chunks out of the wood. All I was offered was $100 off. I'm not one to complain about service …

I used Two Men and a Truck to move within the city. I had large and/or heavy items (bed, couch, TV console, desk, books) I wasn't able to move on my own. My movers Emmanuel and Breyden were fantastic. The process was quick and painless and they moved my things while it was raining too! They secured everything prior to the move and treated my items with care. The only con was the back-end stuff.

A great and friendly team of 3 helped us move last weekend. Shout out to Chris, Isreal, and Jesus! They asked good questions, gladly obliged requests, operated with care, and moved at a pace with purpose. Not fast and loose, but quick via efficiency! The extra tools like blankets, plastic wrap, front door protection, carts, dollies, etc all gave great piece of mind that our stuff was handled professionally and cared for.
