I hate to write this but my experience matters and I hope people will pick someone else for their move. They broke my antique copper and iron table during my move, for some reason they only wrapped the top of the table but not the legs or anywhere else to make it more secure and at least some protection as it is a heavy table. The movers were nice and didn’t want to be angry with them so i kept it respectful and easy for them as it was their mistake but that stuff happens.

Please note that this DOES NOT reflect the actual people who came to move our things. They were AMAZING! This review is for the management/ office. We had a move scheduled August 1st. 3 men. Day of move arrives and only 2 come. They had a guy quit that morning. OK, not their fault. They did not make any arrangements to still make sure we had the 3 people required. The two poor men that had to move all of our things (they were great!) And it took them all day. They did have a 3 man join them at the new location.
We contacted Joshua on Monday and sent an email, we haven’t received a response. Could you please call or provide the best phone number to reach out and get this resolved?
We had a very unfortunate experience with Two Men and a Truck. Overall, customer service and solving the problems we incurred is the reason I do not recommend them at all. To start, when I called to get a quote I was asked to go room by room and list what items we had. So they knew up front. I was also informed they will take apart all beds and put them back together for us on this call.

I would not use their service. In the booking process, I was promised 3 movers and I told them upfront that we had very heavy items that needed to be moved and was given the price to move. On moving day, they showed up with 2 movers and they struggled to move our items. They ended up having to call 2 additional movers (and charged me for it) which they were only there for an hour and I was charged an extra $500.

Absolute nightmare. We planned our cross-country move with this company for over six weeks and had even used them before. Despite a virtual inspection, they told us less than 16 hours before our flight that their estimate was wrong and a second truck was needed—and expected us to pay for it. No one would provide clear answers on timing, cost, or next steps. The drivers were wonderful, but the planning and communication were terrible. Save yourself the stress and use another company.

I wish I could rate them less than zero. Service is extremely poor. Shattered my 75 inches samsung television and broke my table. They were not even sorry about it. After days of calling them on phone, they said all they could do is give 56 dollars to purchase damaged items which is weird and not making sense. Even at that, the promised refund is still with them months after the move.
Broke at least 6 things and tried to hide it and then lie. They don't care about your stuff. You will have better luck to hire Jose next door for a beer than pay these guys thousands to break your stuff. I will go out of my way to tell people to not use this company

I used this service to move furniture from upstairs and to my garage to sell. Booking was easy and the person that assisted with the set up was very professional. The movers Will and Diego arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and efficient. They were very careful and didn’t damage walls or furniture. The job took about 1 hour and was fairly priced and worth every penny for the job done and the peace of mind we were in good hands. We highly recommend two men and a truck and especially Will and Diego!

This is my third move with Two Men and a Truck and I am always impressed with their professionalism and efficiency! The two guys who moved me actually had worked on my previous moves as well so it was a nice full circle moment! For my most recent move, I moved from a single story townhome to a third-floor apartment and they worked hard to carefully move my boxes and furniture to my new unit. I could tell it was tough moving heavy furniture up flights of stairs, but they did it without one complaint.

Two Men and a Truck is a great moving service! They are SO fast and reliable. I have used them twice now after once having an awful experience with a different company that made me want to never use movers again. They had everything done within a 3 hour window which allowed me to use the rest of my day to unpack and unwind. Will only use Two Men and a Truck for all of my moves!
