Two Men and a Truck Moving

DO NOT Hire Two men and a truck Moving Company it is a scam! No inventory was taken for my move and I was quoted $210 a hour for 3 men for 3 to 5 hours around a $1,000 that quickly turned into 8-10 hours and me paying $2,001 for the move and I tipped for the guys efforts and you would think that the cost was the bad part no it gets worst. I noticed something was missing and things were damaged.

I do not recommend for anybody to use this company when the movers showed up they were four hours late and one of the other guys was lazy and I had to help move the guys and then they overcharge for the price then when I try to talk to the supervisor on the phone I told him I would never use your company again and he hung up the phone on me companies the style understand is the customers as what makes your companies if who you are today your customers is what pays your bills.

I had not done this review previously because I was truly hoping for a different outcome to my situation but now it's almost 3 months later, several phone calls with no call back, and I am disappointed now. My TV stand was broken during our move, and after I was insulted by being offered 50 dollars, I told them to go ahead and fix it at their so called service vendor. Since then I have heard nothing. Furthermore I can't even get a call back. This was our living room TV stand.

I would not recommend this company. I was begged to leave a positive review before realizing that a $1,200 bike was missing from my move. When we called the driver right away, he admitted it had been left at the apartment and forgotten instead of being loaded onto the truck. On top of that, items were left in the garage instead of being properly placed inside. I had everything labeled and organized perfectly for them. We filed a claim and nothing was done.

This review really should be a one star. But since they did show up at my home for the free quote on the date and time frame we set-up I'll leave the review as a two star. During the visit the woman doing the estimate was having problems with her notebook/tablet and was unable to give an estimate at the end of the walk-through. She mentioned that she needed to head back to the office to finish the estimate and then email it to me. Having reconfirmed my email address with her she then left my home.

If you are a regular working class person with small items please look elsewhere. I was mislead on the price we would be paying. We had everything boxed and ready for them and we were only moving 9 minutes away from our last apartment. They moved no couches , no bed frames ,no mattresses , no large equipment. However I still ended up paying 600$. They purposely moved slow to increase my moving time.

Please do not get thier services. 2 men and a truck are known to be good but not this franchise. I took my brothers reference since he used them to move from Tucson to Scottsdale, AZ and was very happy but sadly my experience was horrific. I spoke with Jonathen and he recommended me to hire three men for a one bedroom apt that was only 786 sq feet to be done within 4 hours max 5 to 6 hours. He said “ 6 hands are much faster” which was a lie since it took 10 hours and only one person was working named Juan.

I booked movers for August 6th and called multiple times the day before to confirm the appointment (because nobody there called to confirm it with me). I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails. Finally, I selected the option to speak with the corporate office instead of continuing to leave voicemails. The gentleman who answered my call, "AJ" didn't care at all that I couldn't get ahold of anyone and told me they were in a meeting all day so I won't hear back until tomorrow (the day of my move).
