Where to start...we hired this company based off of reviews, but unfortunately our experience was the equivalent to randomly selecting movers off of Craigslist. The 2 movers that came, although prompt and courteous, were very fond of taking numerous breaks, having lengthy personal conversations on their cellphones, and taking sitting breaks in the truck. I had to constantly check on them to make sure they were working.

The movers were clumsy, inexperienced, and not built to move furniture. They damaged our wood plank floors, doorframe, and an expensive recliner. Management sent another office employee with no experience in handywork or flooring to fix our damaged floors. When the work was complete, the floors did not look like they did before. We asked for compensation to hire a licensed contractor to fix the botched job and Two Men and Truck denied that request.
Sorry to have to write this but this company really tried to pull some shady things on us. When I called they were not able to service the move on the day we requested. They suggested an alternate day and we agreed with the condition that we were still looking for someone to do it on the day we needed. I gave them my CC # but again emphasized we were still looking. We found another company, 200.00 cheaper BTW and went with them.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Please do not use this company for your moving needs, as they simply damage your furniture and hand you a claim number on a piece of paper to placate you. However, you won’t hear from them again, and their claims department has no direct phone number or email address for contact. I moved on 4th May this year and promptly filed a claim after discovering that four pieces of my luxury furniture, along with my cookware, were severely damaged during the move.

Not senior citizen friendly. We made our appointment to relocate one month in advance only to have them cancel on us less than 24 hours before our scheduled move. That's why they don't require a deposit so they're not legally responsible and can cancel on you when a better paying job comes along. Don't Trust this company.

99 per hour, but they are very slow. once they arrive to the new place they literally sequestrate your items until you pay in cash what ever amount they ask. My 4hrs moving extended to 7 hrs (700) but I was charge 1300. And they do not …

If you want your furniture to speed through residential streets and to go through a red light, then be my guest. But the driver for this company is incredibly unsafe. I would never trust them with my stuff
