I wish I could give this company less than one star. I’m sitting and writing this as the movers are on their NINTH hour of moving my belongings out of a 900 sq ft apartment on the first floor (no steps, no elevator). The day started out by them starting the clock the second they stepped foot inside and then proceeded to spend at least 20 minutes on their phone in their truck before they even touched one of our items.

We recently used this company to move from our townhouse to our new home. A 5 minute drive. I selected them because they had great reviews and the lady who answers the phone seemed really nice. BIG MISTAKE. I explained everything we had and was quoted 6-8 hours with three guys. When The guy showed up they agreed that it shouldn’t take very long at all probably closer to six hours. But we got started and shortly there after he started asking us for water.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This Company should really call themselves, We Don’t Like to Move It! Let me first start with the good. They came on time and did a quick walk through. They started with boxes which were loaded quickly and everything went downhill from there. (To skip the rant scroll down to the last paragraph). -I paid for three movers but ended up getting two and a trainee who barely knew how to push a dolly.

Three movers took 14.2 hours to pack 3 couches, two bed sets, two entertainment consoles, small table and numerous already packed boxes. Um...? Be forewarned! $170 for first eight hours. $255 for 8.1 to 12 hours. $340 for each additional hours. These movers milked the job delaying the load to get extra money. Um...? The cost of boxes, bubble wrap, packing papers and tape cost $350+. An excessive Umm? They put a $169 Tip that I didn't notice.

$400 dollar quote after a detailed conversation of what needed to be moved, only to be charged over $800 for the move. I understand some variability in cost but double is unacceptable.

Horrible! Damage to flooring, furniture. They lost a floor lamp! Damaged vacuum cleaners and an expensive Fine Art Frame! Use this company at your own risk.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our three movers, ET, Antonio and Conner. They arrived on time, worked fast and were very careful with our furniture and boxes. We not only were moving into a high rise which is always a challenge, but they agreed to arrange a stop on the way to deliver all of our patio furniture and pots to my daughters home, so it was a two day move. Their prices were right on the estimate and more than fair. We recommend them highly!

I'd give more stars if I could! Last year I had a horrible experience with a company we will just call 2 (adult males) and a Truck. So this time I called 3 different companies, asked a lot of questions and selected We Like To Move It Movers. Customer service from the first phone call was top notch. I my questions were answered and I was treated like I was already a paying customer. A follow up phone call lead to an on-site inspection and that sealed the deal!
We had an amazing experience with We Like to Move It. Chad, Edwin, and Ernesto helped us with our move, and they did an incredible job from start to finish. They were efficient with their time, super strong, very careful with our belongings, and completely reasonably priced. Beyond doing excellent work, they were also extremely personable and easy to work with. The three of them worked so well together, worked incredibly hard, and made the whole moving process so much easier for us.
I requested a moving quote from multiple movers near the area but decided to go with We Like To Move It because they were most proactive about reaching out and checking in regarding the move. I requested the moving service on behalf of my parents. The team worked really hard and moved everything very quickly and finished it 20 minutes sooner than the time estimate. My parents had no complaints. Highly recommend.
