Do not use Two Men and A Truck! The packing experience was not ideal—they missed entire drawers worth of stuff to be packed and shoved other stuff in boxes that were so full the box was deformed. The packers also showed up 2.5 hours late. The movers took from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM to load up a 3 bedroom apartment. They damaged the walls of the apartment in multiple areas. They could not get my couch out of the apartment and I had to leave it!!!
Extremely disappointed with Two Men and a Truck and how our family was treated during an already stressful move. Our move was scheduled for the next day after another company failed us, so we were already in a difficult situation with our utilities disconnected and nowhere else to comfortably stay. We also have a nonverbal child with Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 3, making stability and timing extremely important for our household.

Used this “company” for a short distance move. They ended up breaking my headboard, shown in the photo below. They ended up taking it for over about 2 weeks or so while “fixing it” with glue and I had my mattress on the floor, we were unsatisfied with the repair, they said they would purchase an new headboard. This all happened in April 2021, it is now Jan 2022. I reached out to see what was going on. And Joe stated that I have not reached out to him.
Cali, first let me offer an apology that your moving experience was not top notch, this is not the normal here at our Akron office. Second, let me apologize that you are still dealing with damages from your move that took place months ago.
These people gave me a quote for a 3 to 5 hour window and then tried to tell me that I owed them almost $400.00 more after the move when they were done than whay they quoted. Further more, they tried to say that they worked for more time than what they did and tried to rip me off for hundreds of dollars and wouldn't call me to discuss. I am trying to work this out with them, but am thinking that I will have to take them to court to get my money back.
Called for service and told the guy I had 3 items to move a tv set,futon,and dinette set.location was basically not even 20 minutes up the road.He gave me a price of $560.00 to move 3 items that's up the road from his shop.He said it would take 2hrs to do.I could have done it in 1hr.Then charge you $100.00 deposit and say no refund do not use this service.Had my bank put the money back my card complete scammers.
I used two men & a truck last year when I moved & had an amazing experience. This time when I booked I was again told not to worry about anything. If anything was damaged or broken it was covered by them, I paid $102 for insurance, for what? (Nothing mentioned about them having to pack it first) they arrived, asked if all boxes were tapped, I advised most but a couple I did late night and were not, and they said no problem.

Positive and professional, eager to get the job done and do it right. EDIT - I want to revise this as after a day of unpacking I've realized I'm missing quite a few things that never made it off the truck. I'm missing a floor lamp, the govee wifi lightbulbs that were in it, a lampshade to a table lamp (which I do still have) and most importantly a box full of my shaving soaps, expensive DE razors brushes etc, and the majority of my prescription medications.

Very disappointed! $2,100 for three guys that were clearly high. When they arrived we saw them in the truck smoking then spraying cologne all over before they got out, they still smelled like weed. They forgot their tools and had to wait an hour for someone to arrive with tools of course we were being charged by the hour. They scratched the floor of our new house, didn't put everything together, if you use them make sure you have someone supervising them the whole time!

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck Moving was 5 star from our first point of contact over the website and phone to our handshakes at the end of the move. Outstanding, live, person to person communication. This was a move from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio to Columbus, Ohio for my dad who is 92 and lived in his Falls home for nearly 67 years! Everyone I spoke with was informative and answered questions along the way with scheduling and pricing. The day of the move went great.

Thank you and your team who helped my Mom move this week. Over the weekend she had some issues with the hours of her move extended almost double for her small apartment move from one building to the next building over. The new estimate given was very confusing and my Mom was concerned in the communication and directions she was given over the phone just days before her move. She had called me very upset. I had made a call to the office to get some clarity in the situation and was transferred to Alan.

I have used this company every time I've moved for over a decade now. Would never use anyone else. However. My most recent moving experience somehow surpassed even my previous ones. Jake, Ethan, and AJ were amazing. They busted butt and came in well under the estimate. They even offered to knock 15 minutes off because they had to move the truck so my neighbor could get out!! They are so professional and hardworking and treat my stuff like it's their own.
