Hired them for a move in 2023. I meant to post this review but never got around to it - I’m looking for options again now and remembered that I will not be going with this company. On the day of our move, my dad kindly asked the crew to put shoe covers on because the carpets were brand new. They refused flat out with no explanation (“we will not, we will not”), so my dad tried to explain that the carpets were brand new, and asked if they could at least wear plastic booties.

Moved with all my sons from Iowa to Ohio a year and a half ago and it went great. They wrapped our furniture, were very efficient but also very careful and didn’t break anything. Decided to use them to move back to Iowa a few weeks ago and it was a completely different experience. This group of boys was rushed, lazy, and careless. I paid hundreds of dollars in packing materials only for them to wrap nothing! They boxed our 2 TVs and that was it.

My husband & I hired All My Sons Moving in July 2022 for a move schedule for Oct 2022, we went with this particular company because they advertise they are Licensed & Bonded. Also because of the rating they received. Well if I could give them a ZERO STAR I would. Everything they told us at the time of estimate was FALSE. They do not have experienced movers all but 2 of the movers who showed up had just started that week.
Star ReviewAbsolutely unacceptable behavior from All My Sons Moving.Their truck was blocking a busy two-way street, causing traffic to back up while multiple vehicles waited to get through. Instead of making any effort to move the truck or manage the situation responsibly, the crew completely ignored everyone who was waiting.When I honked my horn to make them aware of the problem, one of their employees responded by flipping me off.

**Would rate a 0 if i could** NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They shattered my tv console and dresser, lost a mirror, and never finished the move. The broken furniture cost me well over $600 to replace. They left me with 6+ hours of personal labor moving my 1BR apartment, when I was quoted a FULL pack and move. My entire bathroom, walk-in pantry, and coat closet were completely untouched.

Be careful, they don't show you your receipt for a reason. They add time and up charge for excessive packing materials they don't use. They mumble through the "supply" charge at the end and hope you don't notice. I did notice and got 3 months worth of excuses before I finally got reimbursed. They charged me for over $200 in packing supplies they didn't use including a mirror crate and 6 rolls of duct tape.

I was advised to take out the insurance. It was roughly around $400 extra and if I didn’t do it, they would give me pennies on the dollar if they break something well when I file the claim because the guys didn’t get my refrigerator coming in the door, not to mention the door that I didn’t even clean. They offered me $500.
Horrible experience with this company, do not hire them! They ruined my furniture and refused to reimburse me for it. Tried working with customer service and they offered me $210. Broke my table and bed, dragged holes in my cream couch. Didn’t protect my furniture at all. Forged my signature on damage waiver insurance. Just a horrible experience overall!

Arrived early ready to go!! Completely amazing they did anything I asked. They actually even put stuff in place it was just incredible. They are perfect. If you’re moving take all that stress away!! GET these guys !!
Top-notch service from start to finish! The entire crew at All My Sons Moving went above and beyond. They worked their tails off all day, never slowed down, and handled everything with incredible care, professionalism, and respect. What impressed me the most was their positive attitude. Even while doing such physically demanding work, they stayed courteous, efficient, and focused the entire time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own and made what could have been a stressful move feel easy.
