All My Sons Moving & Storage

Another review for a 0/5. This company was absolutely terrible and continues to be terrible in the aftermath with attempts to reach out with a complaint. I have tried calling 4 different times to get ahold of someone to discuss my experience and every time I have been on hold for 45 minutes or more. The most recent time it was over an hour and I was hung up on. We hired this company to move from a 2 bedroom condo to a house.

Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience with All My Sons – AVOID IF YOU VALUE SAFETY, HONESTY, AND PROFESSIONALISM We hired All My Sons Moving & Storage based on their appealing motto, “Let our family move yours,” and were provided a written agreement after a virtual walkthrough with their estimator, Ron. The contract called for 7 movers and 2 trucks, with the option of a 20’ rental truck if needed. Labor was to be fully handled by All My Sons staff. The nightmare began on June 16, 2025.

DO NOT use all my sons. I have had nothing but issues with this company. I booked my move well over a month in advance due to their customer service telling me the sooner you book the lower the rate we could provide for the movers. A few days out from the move, they call me to confirm the move date and confirm what I currently have in my previous home to move. That was a bit odd as when I called and placed my deposit and selected the amount of movers they had taken an inventory of what I had in each room.

Very saddened to say this business is very disappointing. After speaking for almost an hr on Thursday to confirm the scheduling of a move and packing for Sunday morning. I was advised everything was ready to go then I spoke with another agent that same evening with same information. Few hrs. later I was notified by them that the previous quote provided no longer mattered.

Booked this company 4 weeks in advance. Never got a phone call or follow up the entire time so the day before the move I called. Spoke with Audting whom told me the move was a go and that I would receive a call the next morning between 8am and 9am. Well, that didn’t happen. Meanwhile I’m waiting at the storage facility and was told they were running just a tad behind and that the truck would be on its way shortly and they would call. 2 hours later I’m still at the storage facility and no call, no nothing.

They sounded great at first, as they have very professional people working to book your move. However, I had reached out several times to find out what time of day the movers would be coming, and they were unable to tell me until after 5pm the day before, which was quite frustrating. I was quoted $200/hour for movers. I ended up being charged over $1000 for moving my 1 bedroom apt furniture, which took 2 hours in total.

We received moving service from All My Sons earlier this month. While the communication regarding the inventory and movement was fine and we appreciate the hard work from the team that we had. For the price that we paid, we returned to our home later to find several scratches on the wood floor. We will now have to pay potentially hundreds of dollars to have the floor fixed and absolutely nothing was said to us when this occurred, only to repeatedly ask for 5-star reviews and tips.

UPDATE: they deleted the $100 offer and have not reached out to us. It has been 3 weeks. No one has reached out to us (despite their auto response to our review). 😭 We are in Cincinnati, Ohio and used them based on the reviews. They were quick and kind. HOWEVER, they completely destroyed a hutch that was in tact when they loaded it on their truck (their movers explained this break was their fault completely). We filed a claim and no one ever reached out except for an automated $100 offer.
