We had a disappointing experience with our move. While we appreciated the discount provided, the overall service fell short of expectations. The movers repeatedly said certain items “weren’t on the list,” including basic pieces like a dresser, and seemed hesitant to take items we clearly needed moved. They were also unable to disassemble or move our treadmill, so we had to return the next day, take it apart ourselves, and move it separately.

Wow. Just got hung up by their customer service. We scheduled a move for a very specific set of very heavy items, plus several rooms-worth of other household furniture. They arrived hours later than expected, did not send enough crew members to handle the job, and tried to reschedule at a higher rate than the original quote. I requested a refund of the deposit, asked if they could just put it back on the card I used, they said they don't store card information and hung up on me.

Gladly the post below did not go through yesterday. I returned to my old unit today to find my Beats headphones had been stolen. I do not make this claim lightly. Also, several boxes and sealed containers I told them to move were left behind. They also did not dispose of several items included in the move quote. There was such a bad attitude during the first part of the mood I did not feel comfortable with confronting them.

I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage to move two large items and eight large totes to my daughter's home, a total distance of only 16 miles. From the time the crew pulled into my driveway until they finished unloading at her house, the entire job took just 1 hour and 8 minutes. I was told the cost was $164 per hour, so I expected a bill somewhere in that range. Instead, my final bill was $586.50.

First, I would like to say my two movers were the BEST! Courteous, quick. efficient. However, when I was shown my bill at 10:00 am for 2 hours 45 minutes, it was $608!!!!!! Never in my life have I heard of a moving company charge this much!!!!! I once moved an entire house and car from Richmond Heights, Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada and it only cost $3,000! Here’s the job that was done: movers had to drive from Valley View to Willowick (about 30 minutes).

Very disappointed with this company. I called and scheduled a 9am move on Sunday the 29th. Come the day of the move 930am comes no movers call them to inform that no movers have shown up at that time I was told I was the second move of the day which they did say in the days leading up to the move When we were getting everything confirmed, so that’s my fault for not getting clarity on what that meant. So I say OK and go about my day. 11:45 AM same day.

I have moved nine times in my adult life. This company and this move were by far the worst experience i've ever had. The team who physically did the move, were amazing, but the company itself and their staff in their office and scheduling operations were very difficult to work with, did not honor my scheduling requests, and threatened to cancel my move 3 days prior because I didn't have time to walk through every room in the house and verbally list every item they'd be moving whille a staff member was writing it…

Got an estimate to move approximately two weeks ago was told that labor would be $156 an hour with a one hour charge for travel time. I move in about 36 hours and still do not know what time they’re supposed to show up or anything. It’s very difficult to get a hold of them and after calling a third time, I was told that I was supposed to get called tomorrow at 11am (the day before my move) when during my estimate I was told I would be called 2 to 3 days before to lock in a time.
