Two Men and a Truck Moving

Spent around 3700$ for a move from Orlando tom tampa ,Team which came was very unprofessional ,left all the war drop boxes un opened and furniture un organized ,were in a hurry to get out ,blaming on the Hoarding for 5 Pm deadline but they did not show up in Tampa till around 12 pm and one of the helper had headphones on and won't even listen and was arguing with the rest ,missing my 2 candle stands but the sales person is busy trying to sell to other customer won't even reply or text ,Very unprofessional

I've used different Two Men and a Truck locations but this one left us disappointed. Many items were broken or badly scratched, my walls were damaged. Sadly, this wasn't noticed until days after as we've been back and forth between places. They were already at 45 minutes charged when they knocked on my door even though their location is less than 15 minutes away so I feel like they overcharge. And then so much time is wasted with the paperwork before they even start. Why isn't this done beforehand?

Do NOT use this office for moving! First off, the entire thing is a total ripoff. I had movers for maybe 3 hours, but because of having to pay for the gas AND the time from their facility to my place and back to the facility, this was an extra $305. Give me a break! Get a UHaul or Budget truck and hire movers through U-Haul for much less. Second, the main guy that moved our stuff was given a key. He said he had put it down in the house, but we could not find it anywhere.

I would have given them a 5. The move and crew itself was great until they forgot the slatts of my 80 year old father's bed frame on the truck. As we looked for them and couldn't find them in the house we called and they lead was like OH yeah we found them when we got back to the shop. He assured us that someone would bring them out to us the next morning between 8am and 10am...

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I contacted Andrew at the company to schedule a large and complex move, clearly explaining the scope of work, including multiple stops. Andrew assured me the movers could handle it and provided a quote based on this. On the day of the move, the movers called to confirm they were en route to the first of five locations.

This company moved our furniture from Orlando to Roswell, GA in Feb, 2018. Some additional items were not delivered until the end of April, 2018. These items were held back for repair since the company severely damaged them when moving them into storage. We purchased $40,000 replacement value coverage to cover damages on this recent move. However, this company has refused to reimburse or cover any of the damages. They sent someone of their own choice out to assess the damages but never followed up with repairs.

I have used Two Men and a Truck in the past and had very good experiences. This unfortunately is not one of them. My actual move took approximately two hours and 15 minutes. I was billed for the entire four hours. Be aware. When they call you in the morning to say they’re on their way, that’s when the clock starts. In my case, the movers called at 9:04 AM and told me they were going to be there at 10:15. So I was charged an extra hour and 10 minutes even before they showed up.

I moved a first floor 1bedroom apartment to a second floor 1bedroom apartment and the only things I had them move was a queen size bed no headboard a dresser and 2 night stands, a couch 3 glass tables, TV, TV stand, washer and dryer a few boxes and a few odd and ends, for example a stand up mirror an empty standing cabinet a stand up lamp and empty storage bins and they took 5 hours to complete this.
