This company deserves 0 starts but you have to add 1 star to add a review. The worst moving experience of my life! The movers arrived and walked around for 10 minutes just looking at the furniture and not moving a things. They sent three movers but only one worker was ever working the other two were on their phones or sitting in the stairwell outside my apartment door. I moved out of a 940sq foot apartment and moved into an apartment that is similar in size.

I have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times over the years, and unfortunately this was by far the most disappointing and uncomfortable moving experience I have ever had. During the move, I experienced unprofessional behavior from certain crew members. One crew member, James, asked my son, “Where’s the bathroom?” My son misunderstood the question and assumed James was asking where he could place items or needed access for moving purposes.

Two Men and truck /Plano moved my daughters belongings last week....I can not tell you how terrible this moving company was. There are no words....there was not nearly enough help - and it was promised there were would be - and the help that did show up did not seem experienced AT ALL.....if there was a way to leave less than one star we would. A very expense base to dining room table was dropped and broke into a million pieces - FINALLY, my grandson stepped in to help get this move finished.
If I can give less than one star, I would. Worst moving experience I ever had. The two "professionals" they sent broke multiple furniture. These "professionals" didn't know how to use a drill, and would loiter around for 15-30 minutes. Took …

Absolutely terrific! Excellent customer service. Kassidie and Cara are gems. So easy to work with and covered everything with all my questions that was so reassuring from what would take place, the hours, the dates, location, Certificate of Ins., everything handled so quickly and easily. The movers arrived on moving day and they were efficient, polite and managed to carefully remove office furniture from Plano to Dallas, from business office to business office and did so easily and professionally.

The 4 guys we had moving our things did AMAZING work. We moved cross country with an awful company and 2 Men and a Truck came in to save our sanity after having to rent storage units for a week or so. Their communication was amazing, they assembled furnitures perfectly and they had patience when we didn’t know what end was up. Sam, Gavin, Ben, and Kai were rock stars! I’ve experienced all the big moving companies! They lose things, they break things , they can’t pack appropriately. Two Men and a Truck have been wonderful! On time, pleasant, professional and never a broken or lost item. I’ve hired them three times for small jobs in the past six weeks! I’m hiring them to move us to Illinois in the near future. I’m obviously a big fan of this company!

We had such a great experience with Two Men and a Truck during our move last week! Juan and Edgar were absolutely outstanding professionals, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and a positive attitude the entire time. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. Also want to give a shoutout to their supervisors for clearly building such a strong, reliable team. Highly recommend!!!
