If I could give a negative rating of Two Men in a Truck movers, I definitely would! Do you know that their website won’t allow you to leave a review? They block it so negative reviews can’t post to their website. It looks like they have good reviews but it’s because they have blocked the negative ones that show the true ratings of the company. They also remove your documents so you can’t access what they have required you to sign.
We appreciate your time and review. That said this is all false. Please be honest. You advised (on a recorded line) crew was great but you were stopping so that your nephews could complete the job with a U-Haul and that you were very satisfied with the service but had a damaged lamp )which we…
I cannot begin to describe how terrible this company was. It started when they were 2 hours late from initial expected arrival time and ended with their drivers knocking over a brick wall. While their moving skills were terrible (did not know how to wrap, pack or stack) my biggest concern is the lack of responsiveness and action to the damage report. If you are moving, I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your belongings, time or property(not to mention money!
Mary, We always give an Estimated Time of Arrival for our services. We ended up arriving 15 min past your estimated window to begin service. Accidents do happen and we stand behind our work.
The movers were nice but we had two pieces of furniture that got damaged in the van and they took them to get them fixed and they said it should take a week or two but a few months went by and we didn’t get a call or update from them and when they called they said one was unfixable and they would give us money to replace it (they never did) and the other one was a quick fix. I’m just wondering why they had it sit for months if it was fixed from the start?
We're sorry to learn of this experience. This is not how we conduct business nor in handling damage claims. We have not had luck researching this and hope to get a better understanding of this issue and job related so that we can truly resolve.
I had a great move but they came to pick up moving blankets that I purchased and to date have never paid me. I cannot get a return call from local management.
The three guys that moved my stuff were great. Only two of them really did anything with the new guy just watching. They tore everything up the day before closing on the house, but they had good attitudes. Ronnie, the operations manager was terrible!!! Even his own employees don't like dealing with him. Miserable to work with. Charged me extra to move my small gun safe, then got there and didn't want to move it. Moved it myself with just one other person when the pros needed three just to chicken out.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, we cannot dismount gun safes that are bolted into the cement. Even if the safe is only 300lbs. It was still professionally mounted into the cement (for security purposes).
I scheduled two separate moves. The first with Issac’s crew was five star top tier. The work was fast and the guys took the time needed to adequately pack my things. Paid by check. Great job by this crew. Second move, I had to tell the crew leader multiple times to pad furniture. My things arrived well but I had to stay on top of the process and manage the crew packing. Paid for second move by credit card. Within hours my credit card was compromised and charged thousands of dollars around the USA and elsewhere.
Not long after arrival, movers started complaining that all his furnishings would not fit on truck, so Ray called the office to find out what was going to be done about that • Ray had ordered the $100 TV box with insurance – they didn’t know what that was, but the box was there • He ordered the mattress bag – unless they brought 2, it was not used on the mattress as a mattress bag was left on the floor of the duplex • An employee with a van arrived later on to put the large tv in his van, and then the movers…
Appears this company is under new management... We were told our beds would be bagged, paying for the protective bags with our order/reservation. We were told our furniture would be wrapped for safety and to a little protection, we were told a lot.... Original contract was to move two upstairs apartments, we were okay with the estimate. Due to circumstances we had to move my wife's apartment into her garage. I had very little in my apartment.

I needed to move quickly and had to move a 2200 sq foot house full in less than 24 hours. I called Two Men and a Truck and they fully explained everything and there were no hidden costs! The movers themselves were professional and courteous, they were on time and handled my things very carefully. I will hire them for my next move for sure! If you ever need someone to move you, this is a company I definitely would trust to handle any move. I can't thank them enough for being available when I needed them!

Our whole experience was excellent from the very beginning. Brandy answered many questions that helped to make the right decisions for scheduling the move as well as what would be necessary. Austin & Keeshaun were our movers and also did an excellent job. They worked quickly & efficiently in loading up the items as well as unloading at the new living location. The price charged was fair and appropriate for the work done and was in the price range for what was quoted to me.

I had to make a last minute move and emailed this company for a quote as I was not familiar with the processes. I received a fairly accurate quote and was able to schedule accordingly. Due to the snow this thursday, I had to reschedule last minute. They had no issues with rescheduling and scheduled me for the following day. The team arrived early and went straight to work. They were very friendly and professional! They even disconnected my washer and dryer and reconnected them in my new home.
I have never used movers before but this time I just didn’t feel like moving on my own so I started looking for a moving company. I contacted several companies but they were all booked & I thank God for that because I found Two Men & a Truck. The estimate was quick & easy. The set up was quick & easy. The guys showed up on time & called before they came to let me know they were on their way. I was expecting 2 movers but I got 3. Yay! My movers were Jake, Tim & Ed.
