Not impressed with the customer service or caliber of the recent people loading and unloading the household goods to my condo! I am discovering missing items as I get more settled in my home. Would not recommend this company!!
Arranged a move 2 months in advance from Nanaimo to Vancouver, they had a truck break down on Tuesday and decided to call us Friday at 530 on Canada Day long weekend. To add to the lack of service they said they had spent half the day looking for an alternative solution and it wasn’t possible . We had a huge move on April 22nd in Nanaimo, Sheldon and his 2 team members (sorry, I've forgotten their names, but they were awesome!) showed up ready to tackle the day! It was a lot bigger job than any of us anticipated. They remained amazing all day and had great attitudes throughout! If i could give them 100 stars I would. Highly recommend them! Thanks guys!
