Both for moving in and out, their workers charged me double the quote!! My furniture all chipped and damaged! They broke my big picture frame (24 x 36) and they said I can claim but they never replied to my emails or phone calls! Very unprofessional!!

We had a very unpleasant experience today with one of your drivers on Bidwell street around 2pm. My boyfriend and I were unloading heavy work equipment in the rain, in a resident-permit parking spot we’re fully authorized to use. One of your movers pulled up and demanded we move our car so they could park, even though there wasn’t enough space for their truck and we were clearly in the middle of unloading.

Recently just moved my mom across the country. I have used multiple moving companies over the years and have had amazing experiences with the level of attention to detail and care. I was not there for when the truck got packed as I live in another province but was there when the truck arrived at my mom's new location. When they opend the doors my jaw almost hit the floor. Looked as if everything was just thrown in, there was pictures and furniture just thrown in.

Cancelled on me 48 hours prior to the moving date (08/14 between 0900 and 1000) I reserved two weeks earlier. Had been called twice to confirm, once on the 7th primarily to ask if I could change the moving day —I very apologetically said that I could not, — and on the 10th. Received an email from Kristin Sherlock on the morning of 08/12 stating that they had to cancel due to “capacity constraints” and being “unable to reach by phone”. Stated my deposit would be returned ($150) with no indication of when.

I recently hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts for my move, and while they completed the job, the experience was frustrating—especially considering the high cost. This was not a cheap service, so I expected my belongings to be handled with care. Unfortunately, my dining table was badly damaged, and several other items were also scratched or dented. What made matters worse was their refund policy. The compensation I received was shockingly low, based on their policy of 60 cents per pound.

I hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts to help with my move and it turned out to be one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve had with a moving company. During the move, their truck hit a building sign, which caused the entire signage pole to become unstable and had to be removed for safety by the building. The building provided video evidence showing the incident, and I was billed for the damages.

Would not Recommend. Broken Desk. Stained Chair. Boxes placed horribly - on their sides and even upside down. I did not have the best experience with this company. My $430 desk broke as it was being brought into my new place. Unfortunately I only got basic insurance which does not cover IKEA products. When I contacted the company, they explained to me that the movers said it was "loose and poorly assembled". This was not mentioned to me at any point during the move, only AFTER it was broken.

Atrocious…scheduled for 9 am 7 days in advance of a move that was necessary prior to sale of property. At 8.50 am I get a call that the movers “truck broke down” and they will be there in the afternoon. After rescheduling everything related to the strata I confirmed they need to be there by 2 pm. At noon I get a call from the movers clearly on another moving sight saying they will be there at 4 pm (peak traffic $$$ when it would take a 5 min drive 45 minutes at least).
