The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
To: Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Co. My husband and I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to you for a smooth, stress free, and positive experience in moving our house items to the cottage. The initial contact with Kayla was very positive. She answered all questions in a timely and friendly manner, and was very understanding & accommodating with our requests, pressure free. Our two men with big hearts, showed up on time and could be nicknamed Hercules. Peter and Neil were amazing.
Jamie, Antonio and crew were amazing from start to finish. The quote was clear so there’s no surprise to the final bill. Guys worked fast and communicated well with us. I would recommend them.
Like many people, I had to arrange a move that was overwhelmingly stressful recently. With everything outside of the actual move taking up all my time and cognitive space, doing things like packing, lifting, and un-assembling/re-assembling furniture was just more than I could handle on my own. Two Small Men with Big Hearts took over that piece entirely and made it happen seamlessly.
Hi Melanie, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for the wonderful review! We're truly honored to have been part of making a challenging day easier for you. Knowing we could lift that weight off your shoulders and handle the details so you could focus on everything else means a lot to…
I had an excellent experience with Two Small Men with Big Hearts. The original moving company cancelled on me less than 48 hours before my planned moved. Two Small Men were incredibly responsive and went out of the way to put a crew together. The booking process was great (thanks Kayla) and I felt very confident that the move would go just as well. I was right. I got a text about 30 mins before the crew arrived, letting me know that they were on the way. They were on time and the estimate was very accurate.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are glad to be of service! Enjoy your new home!
