Moving date: 8/1/2026 I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. I was given an arrival window of 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Around 3:30 PM, I called to get an ETA since I hadn’t heard anything. I was told the movers were running behind because they were far away and should arrive around 5:00 PM. While that wasn’t ideal, delays happen, so I was understanding. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn’t received a single call or text with an update.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. When I booked my move, I clearly explained that my furniture was on a third floor with no elevator and approximately 39 stairs. I was quoted between $747.50 and $1,057 for a three-person crew. When the movers arrived, they presented a significantly higher price and claimed there would be additional charges for the stairs, refrigerator, and reclining sofa, despite these details being discussed during the booking process.
I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from because I experienced none of it! This was the most unprofessional, inefficient, careless moving service I have ever seen. …
I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but am hoping this inspires management to finally call me back about the vintage mirror my movers broke. First, my movers were set to arrive between 2-5pm. A large window but not a problem, I know I’m not the first move of the day. I figured they’d keep me updated with what time they thought they’d arrive. Not only did I get 0 communication, but I had to call ***multiple*** times between about 5-6pm to see where they were and what was going on.
They referred three movers to me for it to have been a scam. I was moving from a storage unit and had parked in back of the truck where I could see them load but not in front of my storage unit. I noticed that they weren’t bringing stuff out quickly so got out of my car and to my surprise one of them was sitting down criss cross applesauce on the floor! I was enraged !
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They stole very valuable items from me. I called to report the theft and never received any hep. The company completely ignored my complaints about all of my missing goods and did nothing to make me whole again.Worst experience of my life. I have never experienced movers stealing from me. I wish I could give zero stars. Beware

I highly recommend U-Free Moving Systems for making my move stress free and seamless. Right from the beginning, the booking system was easy and I was able to coordinate my move over the phone, via text and via their website, which made things easy! They were patient with me while the details of my move changed and while I was narrowing down a timeframe to book my move. On moving day, Adam and Dan were friendly, kind, and polite and they immediately put me at ease.

Adam, Oscar, and Jon helped our family with a three location move and they were FANTASTIC! Fast, efficient, friendly and exceptional problem-solvers when we couldn’t get our massive couch in through the front door. They made it happen through a patio door on the second floor, ninja-style! It was amazing to see. Thank you all so much for your incredible service and attention to detail. Our family is so grateful. We will definitely be working with you all again in the future for all of our relocation needs.
Highly recommend U Free Moving! Ben and John were efficient, professional, and took great care of all of my furniture and belongings. They carefully wrapped and protected everything, including my TV, mirror, couch, and furniture, and worked hard the entire move. I was especially impressed by how accurate the estimate was. The final cost was right in line with what they quoted, and there were no surprise fees. Moving is stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and easy. I would definitely use them again.
