I was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge and professionalism from the staff at this location. The first representative, a young lady, did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I noticed she had AirPods in and kept taking them in and out while speaking to me, which felt unprofessional. She told me that I was required to purchase coverage for the van. I calmly explained that I had already declined coverage when I made the reservation the day prior through the mobile app.
The lack of professionalism and enthusiasm was truly disappointing. Upon arriving at such a beautiful establishment, I expected a pleasant experience, but instead, the representative greeted us with the energy of a teenager who just woke up or someone who clearly dislikes their job because they feel underpaid. To make matters worse, I had to be the one to greet him first, and his vague response of “not too bad” was anything but informative. He also seemed unaware of the answers to our questions.
Rented a 26-ft truck for 11 days. At pickup, I was told I could add moving blankets for just $10—not that it was $10 per day. Ended up charged $110 for blankets I didn’t even use. The rep I spoke to was helpful and tried to advocate, but the Orlando area manager refused to credit more than $20. I spent over $1,100 and this is how they handle a simple issue? Disappointing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Watch your miles and gas before you leave this location. I added extra miles just in case and used 1/4 of the miles and was charged the full amount. Also, double check your gas because they over estimate the gas that leave with then under estimate when you return your vehicle.
We moved into a new house and leave U-Haul Storage it was amazing there I loved it they have some good storages that were available even some large ones because our house is pretty small and it was too small to fit all our stuff so we used U-Haul Storage
The truck assigned to me was in very bad shape. Check engine light, service bag and the worse less than 8MPG. I have to put 4gl of gas for just 30 miles ran.

Comments/What can we do to improve for the next customer? Buqui and jeison Were great, friendly and very quick. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them in this company.
This is a great facility. There's a loading dock and indoor garage that you can use. Getting into the building is a bit daunting, but I suggest getting the key card to save time. There are toilets and water fountains on each floor. I'm renting a 5x5 climate control. The unit is clean and free of asbestos. There are covers over the ceiling to prevent dust, but I still suggest protecting your belongings. The ceiling is HIGH. The temperature control is temperate even facing the windows.
Overall service at Kissimmee was good. They were attentive and efficient. I have used them before - all good. I recommend using official UHAUL places like Kissimme and not use ANY third party outlets. UHAUL tends to have you at these thrid party places partly for logistical purposes. These third party facilities are mostly shabby, poor service, partly because it is not their only souce of income and are not required or try to meet quality practices and service.

We recently had a poor experience with this specific location a few months ago. Actually, it was with one employee, to be specific, after an issue with a trailer. It was enough to make me not want to come back and give them my business, and we typically rent a trailer from this location 2-3 times a month, 3 days at a time. So lots of money spent.
