Amazing service! We would definitely use U-PACK again. Our trailer arrived on-time and communication was very straight forward. The price was well below PODs and other companies. Highly recommended!
I ordered the upack storeage. They were delivered on time. However I needed to change the delivery, I was charged another 150 per unit for storeage for the month. I asked about a daily rate it was 100 a day. The delivery was ordered and they did not deliver on that day. They delivered the next day. When I called to confirm I was told that my units may be in transit and they had not been moved yet.
